What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like hospital patients should book appointment from the web to lead from and gmail integration and we can maintain the lead from the gmail and can give him details about appointment status by marketing cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Having all the customer-related information in one place allows for my sales team to focus on closing deals. The AI driven assistants are great for managing workflow and helps to hone my users in to what they need to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pain points for my users are more specific to our org. If I could have an ask is some classic features that were not migrated over to Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud solves the issue of my sales team not knowing what leads and opportunities to focus on. With AI driven lead scoring my reps can spend more time closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud does take some time to learn and understand, but the dynamic functionality of the Sales Cloud allows my computer any to effectively capture new leads, analyze business growth, sales trends and keep our users on top of priority opportunities!
Once you get a real understanding of the system, you can utilize the multitudes of tools available to tweak and customize the platform to really support every facet of your business.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve and navigation is often off putting to new users. This is especially so for Sales members out in the field. We have had feedback, such as, it's too much administrative effort, there are too many places to enter similar information and it is confusing. My experience has shown me that this is primarily how the company launched tools and attempted to introduce it to users. Allowing adoquate time to show only the necessary fields and create effective training for your specific use case is essential to a smooth launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales cloud is giving us real time analytics on what our sales members are doing helping us plan for pricing and manufacting adjustments. It also allows the Sales teams to track their own work and better prioritize their activities.

What do you like best about the product?
How can i manage my leads..I use lead capture functionality and it helps me a lot to see what is the real convertion rations and which campaigns works better and where i should put more money on... it also help me to see if my sales team really do the necessaries activities to convert them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard filters, it only allow us 3 filters in a dashboard, i think this is not acceptable for a great and big system like salesforce. I had to apply statistics filters in the reports and leave only 3 dynamic on the dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lot of leads that are not converting, we couldnt know the reasons until we started using sales cloud, now we can know what realy happens and what to do with thouse that doesnt convert.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. It allows sales users to keep track of their accounts/opps & prospects via reports& dashboards. The sales path on the opportunities has been very helpful feature for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing I dislike is the most is on lightning, I am not able to use ctrl + F on the page which makes it very difficult to navigate the data I am interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created a couple of forecasting process using salesforce cloud that is used by the entire sales team at my company. The processess requires design, build, QA and deploy. I created a custom object as this process requires a very custom solution. I have used change management in salesforce cloud which is very straight forward and user friendly.

Using a combination of tools, both declarative and code, we have the ability to quickly iterate to create a great sales product.

Improvements with security, Integration options, and dev ops across the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently building out loan origination to better enable our teams. We are also adding in sales enablement functionality for our Commercial users.

Sometimes tasks aren't intuitive within the platform.
