What do you like best about the product?
We use SalesCloud for all of our sales work and track Key Account activities amongst our staff. Our CGO's use SalesCloud daily and rely on the data to make informed decisions. The company has had good success in part to this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints or see any obvious areas of improvement.I like Sales Cloud and find it super helpful in managing the company's accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is growing quickly and expanding our portfolio. I use SalesCloud a lot and think it is a necessity for any growing business.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud offers a great way to manage Accounts and opportunities with a ton of functionality to determine ROI and Win/Losses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find dislikes as Salesforce is constantly providing updates and new functionality. Salesforce Cloud can offer too many functions that the smaller companies may not need based due to cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud offers many API integrations which can help with specific issues our company has when it comes to project management.

Automation made easy for admin. Created automation to sync emails into sf. Three upgrades is much appreciated. Cloud platform. I have been using sf for last 10 yea.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive. AE keeps changing. Too many product pitch. Reporting is very important. Make report creating flexible. Create formula fields. More custom field options

Email sync. Keeping data all in once place. Cloud platform easy updates.

Very easy to configure with clicks, not code! Allows you to make the data architecture as simple or as complex as you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing! The only potential negative is that the architecture opportunities are endless, so the process and structure must be well-managed.

What do you like best about the product?
The core sales cloud data model and out of the box features allow for a clear and intuitive user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you start customizing the platform the functionality requires many clicks. For example, when screen flows are created to capture files the user must click Next before it is uploaded. Before dynamic layouts we had to use custom actions to create sections and you can't update multiple sections at once.

Sales Cloud gives us the ability to seamlessly manage our open deals and track productivity! It also allows us to keep better track of our business as a whole!

Manage opportunities and track activities. It is easy to check the histories and contact the previous opportunities after some time has passed.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very dependable. Our sales reps never have an issue using the system. Its easy to use and manage as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im unable to customize the theme of sales cloud as much as Id like to match up with our company brand. It doesnt give much options to change in the settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a better outlook on the sales team and helps manage day to day tasks. They have been most productive on this platform than typical email based sales.
