The platform is stable, customizable, and easy to use for all types of businesses.

The customization possibilities can make the platform complex if not well implemented.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is an interactive tool that helped bring collaboration and connectivity to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is an amazing tool, but it isn't the easiest to alter to individual orgs. Sometimes creating your own app is the best solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all of the tools our team uses to define lead scoring and use pipelines analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing with Sales Cloud is that it is the greatest tool if your company is centered into reliability and is worried about being able to track and manage all it's data into one central system, using intelligence and technology to generate revenue!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have a need for a feature, that's being requested for long, and still have no delivery date for that native feature. But still, you're able to develop that feature yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generation and management of opportunities, with tracking of my upcoming pipeline, like no other CRM does. I can have a dashboard with everything I need and develop my reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall usability of the platform and being able to customize to our users preferred setups.our users love to have as much possible customized to their specific needs not always a bad thing but can be a bit much to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a knock on the platform more a knock on us wrangling our users. The flexibility mentioned above can be a bit too much as users want their own setup totally customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines access to the needs of our sales team and gives them everything they need to be successful in one easy place that is local to them and ready to be accessed at thier desire

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helps my company to enable sales engagement and enablement. It is awesome to know about the leads opportunities.

I believe it can be more reactive in terms of automation.

Co pilot for sale users looking to improve the productivity of sales cloud users & bringing in the capabilities to do prospecting & deal closure at scale ! Glad we can do pilot of the same internally
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to understand the consumption of the GPT on sales cloud as we looking to keep the cost low while we do multiple use cases & pilots internally & with our customers

Helping scale the customer reach out & do 1:1 personalization with industry focused outcomes.
Integrated view point of all touches we do with the customers is a big WIN
