Sales people are able to close the opps quickly and it also helps us understand the needs pf the customers. It integrates seemlessly with all other applications

Ease of entering data, always available without downtime, proactively helping the sales team do research and focus on adding value instead of just entering the data

Capabilities like CPQ are and additional license. They should be built in, right I to the offering. With Einstein bringing value, I think it should be able to help define best discount strategy for Product Owners like me

I would only add an improvement regarding the dashboards and filters that it allows me to have, only 3, I would like it to be expanded to 5

Nothing, I have been working on Salesforce for 14 years and my clients have loved all the features, the ability to store important data and integrate with different systems.

Salesforce is tracking Clients, sales and activities for my clients in my personal business but for the company I work for its an amazing platform that presents comprehensive data to a staff of people that help to keep companies running on a day to day basis.
Its a tool that the staff live and operate and its the go to system for data. Having the information at ones finger tips enable people to serve their customers and to insteal confidence.

It's an amazing ecosystem within the big SFDC galaxy, so friendly and designed to build sales tools for the business, which makes the whole process simple and lets the reps focus on what matters the most!

I would say the option to add some pop-up window with some help and instructions regarding the process that we as admins built.
