What do you like best about the product?
Easy to customise with great foundational features.
Easy to expand and scale up and good user interface.
Love reports and dashboards.
Great security and access control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain limitations on report and charts.
Tracking data changes limited to 20 fields

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box features that align with sales strategies and the ability to customize to fit business needs.

Licensing costs can add up across the enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud isn't just another CRM, but a platform for innovation constituent engagement with use cases that span from traditional sales to things like recruitment or fundraising. Because Salesforce continues to innovate and being a leader in technology, it allows users to follow suit in their business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are minimal, and often with the ability to keep up with the latest capabilities. But that's what you want in your technology. You don't want to be asking, "when will this be available", but more so, "how do we best leverage what we have". Sales cloud is core to the platform and always provided worthwhile functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple people having conversations, we can centralize those engagements so potential clients don't have to retell their story. We can also effectively plan for provided service offerings to ensure we can meet demand.

The best tool to collect and act on sales data

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive. It is easy to configure. My user experiance and adoption has increased drastically since we implemented this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The change set and deployment process could work more smoothly. It is difficult to find where in the system an email is coming from.
The classic email template creator is poor. I would like a more rubust email template tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of customer information, and account history.

The Sales Cloud continues to progress in the dozen years since we were first introduced. I look forward to the step change that is being introduced with the addition of Einstein1

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is the single source of truth for me. All my customers information, contacts, roles, opportunities are at the same place.
With Slack Elevate is easy to use and update info on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep things updated without an interface like Slack Elevate is pretty difficult when you are on the go and piles up back office activities that need to be filled later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, forecasting, campain creation or generation .
Reports of all kind with info about close dates, products, segments and total amount to be expected

Nothing, I understand that the tool can always be improved, but at this point I'm very happy
