Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of going through the sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to dislike, we have a pretty customized instance so at times there are latency issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating efficiency for the sales teams so they can go out and do more selling.

The ability to connect all teams in one place to sell your company products to our customers.

There is so much information that it can sometimes be a bit difficult to find the right resource immediately.

Customer information retention.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly robust out-of-the-box. You can do a lot with standard features. However the real power comes from its extensibility. You can use clicks not code to get you most of the way, and then use code to get to the finish line.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve. It takes a while to feel comfortable on the platform. Using Trailhead really helps the ramp up process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to track our customer communication and pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
We have an outside sales team and the out of the box capabilities have really allowed us to successfully manage our team. With little development our sales teams are able to crush our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did move away from standard campaign members to a new custom object as we needed to better scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a B2C model and utilizing campaigns for our pitches have allowed us to track, calculate commissions and run our business in the fashion it needs to be run.
Easy platform for end-users
What do you like best about the product?
The information our team needs is easily accessible in one place. It creates a better user experience and end-customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the sections/objects were collapsible. We have a lot of info and it can take a while to scroll to the section you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated information allows for anyone who needs to converse with the customer.
It’s great tool for everybody to help their job must productivity way.

Sales process is very streamlined and opportunity process is great way to increase revenue

Sales Cloud helps our team understand our sales pipeline with accurate metrics.

I do not like that probability and stage are combined together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is benefitting our team by being a one stop shop for understanding our estimated money coming in from open deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I am seeing so much improvement in efficiencies with financial services cloud which includes sales cloud. The improvements to our service cases, and referrals have our staff so excited to get started. We know this is just the beginning of an amazing journey with Salesforce!!

I don't dislike anything at the moment so far, I've only seen amazing results from what we've been building!!

Service level agreements and tracking performance goals.

Sometimes it's very slow in countries outside of Noeth America
