Reporting and dashboard capabilities easily accessible for end users to get the data they need. Great configuration flexibility.

I like that sales cloud is one of the most used cloud and has a great user community to help.

What I don't like the most is that we need more trailheads for sales users to use the product.

Helps with our sales process and sales using a unified process

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables us to provide access to everything our sales agents need in a single place, even tools outside of Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to manage multi-touch B2C sales out of the box - requires a lot of custom processes to really get everything Sales and Marketing needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation and analytics. Makes it easy for our sales agents to access what they need, while providing insights for sales management
Great solution for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Sales Cloud for years and our advisors love the ease of use around call leads and documenting call content.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across any downsides to the product.

Centralized respository for our Sales team to document and gather information.
Reporting is easier and insights are less likely to be missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and friendly interface. Setup was intuitive and I believe that it is accessible to a wide range of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, although I am sure that pain points will arise the longer I use it.

Getting to the bottom of customer need is the most important aspect of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Allow you to interact with your customers in new ways, based on data and not gut feelings or conjecture. Expandable and works with other options (ex. Marketing Cloud).

Harder for small companies to implement due to costs

Better visibility of customers and their relationship to the product

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the collaboration tools and ease of working with data and same time being able to share data with the right person without sacrificing our security and compliance. tools like territory manamnet and collaborative forecast makes business planing easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud its a great tool, I dont like how much effort it takes just to have everything configure and to learn the tools like collaborative forecast. Forecast is a great tool but the learning curve is not easy for non technical persons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting was always a challage not knowing what quotas our sales agents were set and how to keep them accountable. with Collaborative forecast we can manament forecast and keep our agents accountable using quotas.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work with internal customer, external dealers, and end stage customers all in one place.

Licensing needs can sometimes be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operating on 6 different continents means many different to market approaches for our products. Whether it's direct to consumer or passed through a distributor, internal customers have the info they need globally.
From sales user to salesforce admin
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to pick up as an end user as well as a first time salesforce administrator. So much functionality is already out of the box but if you want to customize, a lot of it is drag and drop and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard charts and graphs are good for starters, but not for robust, built out orgs. When a VP or C-level executive wants a graph, the standard ones are not sufficient and you end up having to use another tool such as Power Bi, Tableau, or other data visualization tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generate leads through a variety of channels: YouTube, Facebook, google ads, inbound unique phone numbers, etc that need to be tracked for EACH lead. Salesforce allows us to capture those data points, report on them and show marketing which channels have the most impact.
We also heavily leverage the Opportunities object for those longer sales cycle deals. We're able to keep track of historical activities, notes and contacts as we work through these multi-month/multi-year deals all in one place.
