Team selling and territory hierarchies. Along with opportunity stage path

Quote creation isn't as intuitive which needs CPQ an additional product

I find the solution that the service cloud offers extremely useful and effective. The omni-channel, web-to-case, chatbot, web-to-lead tools are fantastic

Solutions that integrate with other platforms, such as WhatsApp, are not as easy to implement or are paid for, which does not make them accessible to everyone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controls orders, leads, stock and release of invoices, making it very useful to manage everything

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows all teams working with customers to stay connected, working on a single trusted record with all relevant records. It brings transparency into sales processes, conversion and allows identifying bottlenecks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes effort to make the UI look clean and not overloaded with information. Plus getting the right Salesforce Talent to configure and develop it is a challenge nowadays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows breaking the silos and brings transparency within sales teams and across the whole company. It allows for streamlining the growth of the whole business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped transform the sales process and pipeline growth for several organizations I've assisted with implementation. Out of the box features are available on day one, and modifications can be made as needed, creating a wonderful, scalable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
That clients need to ensure their data is clean- but that's a global concern. Leveraging AI to help orgs clean their data would be so helpful to the users and administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing pipeline, focusing on the right deals, knowing who to contact next and tracking the relationships build with customers. Workers know what to do with their time and how to reach their goals.
Sales Cloud enabling visibility into the organizations sales cycle
What do you like best about the product?
I like that no matter what the org needs the interface can be customized to your needs. I've worked with two orgs in my career so far as a full time admin and was able to create unique reporting and page layouts that supported the sales team. These were two very different industries, a tech consultancy/ research house and a life sciences/ lab space rental company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the settings are not in the spot where you would think. It can be a bit tedious to set up page layouts and have to use both lightning templates and the classic interface to build the layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps to put all the information about customers, won/ lost deals, and in progress opportunities in one place. This helps save time in providing the organization and its leaders with an up to date visualization of where the org stands and if metrics are being reached or at risk.
Been using it for years, don’t ever want to build it
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is the fundamental functionality that runs your business. It's at the core of CRM. This is my 12th year in Salesforce and my 3rd company that has tried to "build It own CRM" and just building a portion of sales cloud is a failure to launch every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The richness of days in it sales cloud is amazing in density, complexity, and data. To swim through it with the help of AI learning tools we have to use the Einstein platform. Give us options to utilize this and having conversations with our security teams to gain trust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to view, track, and share our data with our interested business teams makes sales cloud indispensable. We have thousands of interested folks from all aspects of our business and having a centralized space is critical

What do you like best about the product?
Lead and Opportunity management. Pipeline overview, Opportunity Teams to collaborate. All in one. System. Possibility to create own reports or use out of the box reports
What do you dislike about the product?
No out of the box SAP connector. It's not possible to create account or opportunity members for one user in more than one role. Quote document is not usable for german customers

Between Einstein AI and ChatGPT integration, Salesforce is innovating for the future. Their AI advancements lead to automated workflows, actionable insights and intuitive customer experiences. Salesforce leverages leading edge AI to solve real business challenges in an innovative way.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce touts the new Lightning Experience for users, much of the backend remains stuck in Salesforce Classic. Numerous administrative functions and configuration tools remain in the dated Classic interface.
