Reliable CRM with Impressive New Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the incredible new functionality being created by the product teams at Salesforce Sales Cloud. The new account planningand the use of sales planning and AI, especially the Agent Force AI, adds significant value. Our Salesforce sales associates, sales reps, and customer success team are excellent, making Salesforce Sales Cloud very beneficial for us. I also look forward to using all of the new agent force functionality, as well as the new features in winter
What do you dislike about the product?
User setups in Salesforce Sales Cloud and ensuring users have the correct permission sets and profiles. The initial setup process is also challenging, particularly because it's not centralized. We currently have an excess of custom objects and many old objects in the system that are no longer used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track accounts, convert leads, and integrate marketing content, enhancing sales planning and beginning AI implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track and manage all my opportunities for easy access.
Best part is I have quick easy to access reports that show me how I am doing Vs sales targets every month and revenue streams.

What do you dislike about the product?
The opportunities visualization is sometimes hard to read when the amount of opportunities are of large quantities. For example having a quick look of more than 50 opportunities in the following stage can sometimes be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me know how I'm doing against my sales objectives. I'm am reaching the quota? Where do I need to focus more, focuse less, and what other actions can I take.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate workflows based on flow changes, makes our marketing efforts much easier. The best thing about sales cloud is the way we can create automations around workflow changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is way too focused on B2B customer relationship management. We are a BDC company that needs to capture data points more around a person's attributes rather than a companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce sales cloud to track our marketing efforts based on how successful our email content strategy is. The analytics that Salesforce sales cloud provides enables us to make real time. Email marketing strategy changes.
True system support for Sales success!
What do you like best about the product?
SF Sales Cloud provides easy, impactful system support and processes that drive Sales team success. Users can manage pipelines more easily, in on location finally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes org have a tendency to customize to no end...causing longterm support and maintenance. I recommend start out.ofnthe box and see how it goes. OOT is a great start always, customize later!

It really facilitates everything in the sales process from managing leads to closing opportunities

Perhaps the designs you can apply to your different pages, options are limited in salesforce.

It covers the entire sales process enhancing the effiency, facilitating the tracking and letting to the company to follow a standard process

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Engagement features including the use of Cadences to standardize the Sales path that reps follow during the selling process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to trigger flows from removal from a Cadence and the inability to access the Cadence objects in set-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to stop using outside platforms to manage Leads and transition our Sales Reps to using Sales Cadences. This gives better visibility to the data and allows our users to work in Salesforce and use this as source of truth.
