Best CRM to use for a business
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM that enables me to implement nearly everything using automation ( features like processes, flows, etc.) without code. We use Web-to-Lead, assignment rules and flows to get more quality leads and improve our lead management overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such! But I feel a few features are very complex to understand like revenue split, enabling /using qoutas for forecasting etc. It will be helpful if there are videos that explains such features using a business case so that I can relate it with my requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Salesforce our lead management process was not efficient but now using all the features that Salesforce provides the lead management is improved a lot. That helped the company to gain the ROI year by year. We are also looking into newly launch AI features, Sales enablement, etc.

I have nothing to dislike about Salesforce sales cloud

It helps meto automate repetitive tasks and workflows, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors. This frees up sales teams to focus on more strategic activities.

What do you like best about the product?
the opportunities paths is very clear and usefull. You can track all the potential profit and tracking the personal goal of the sales rapresentative. Win probability used in the right way could semplify a lot the business journey

The standard dashboard are not really well managed. You can do very few things and something you are not able to give to the customer something understandable and with value

it was able to bring countries around the world to agree on the sales process. Simple and intuitive. One year after our implementationc companies has increase 35% of their revenue

What do you like best about the product?
the salesforce cloud is not only a CRM, it is a flexible platform, capable of improve marketing, sales, and employee performance, by the usage o AI and related data of a record.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an user I believe salesforce could improve the mobile interface and as developer should improve debug capabilities.

Object oriented meta data structure, what makes all the development and automation stuff realty easy to handle. Also like all the out of the box processes and setup possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Very nice tool all in all.
Of cause there is space for improvement but all I. All I really like the tool. Looking forward to all the AU features and how they are Integrated in the core cloud.

Managing all the sales processes in a standardised way. Supporting our Agents in their daily work with Einstein is really nice. I like the tool all at all. Very good!

Always release new features make customer life easier. No code required as salesforce kept enhancing lightning flow all releases. Also open for new idea from customers and delivered thru releases.

Limited functionalities on some basic things so we need to kept vote on idea exchange website to gain visibility and get it deliver in the future with no commitment.

Salesforce helps empower admin and user to use salesforce ecosystem but lately we received more unplanned outage and not smooth of planned system maintainence like we used to have before.
