Love Salesforce sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize for the needs of the sales user. Reporting is easy and after using other CRMs I would not want to work for a company that doesn't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something that I dislike. The company should invest more in salesforce and the custom options to extend the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can work our flows in the platform quickly and easily. Keeping up with deals in motion is very easy and convenient.

Everything is easy to use out of the box and has a lot of different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult implementing more complicated processes into the system without Salesforce experts.

Sales Cloud is such a powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
All information about our accounts is centralized and it allows us to customize objects pulling information from our ERP system for better reporting. Salesforce has helped us improve so many processes throughout different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn't allow you to use all features as if you were on your computer, a lot of people on the field uses their cell phone and I think this is where the experience could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm tracking customer interaction and the sales team activities throughout our multiple centers, the combination of both is helping me service our customers better

What do you like best about the product?
I have been to several world tours and dreamforce. This is the first experience I had where I feel so empowered by Salesforce solutions intended to help me as a current customer as opposed to upselling/cross selling. Activity 360 is very exciting and a possible game changer for my company where we struggle to consistently manage focused customer experiences across our sales team. I'm also excited about the potential for Sales Planning as quota management is a yearly point of pain and is outdated by the time we finalize. The ability to monitor progress throughout the year and consider customer behavior is another amazing feature I look forward to taking advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
My org really needs a breather to catch up with those features being sunset. It can be difficult to address tech debt and modernizing the user experience with newly emerging features at the same time. I am thankful for tool sets like flow migration and other support programs that support our efforts. Truly, this is a good problem to have but it's tough to be patient when you are managing an older org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account, contact, and opportunity management. We also manage operational processes like account reassignments, manager approvals for different sales activities, and territory management

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a wonderful tool to become the source of truth for any organization. Many out of the box processes reflect standard business processes... beyond that you're able to mold the platform to meet your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Salesforce is so customizable, it is easy to lose control over the platform - creating fields and processes that don't get umimplemented or become outdated. Managing the architecture is key to maintaining a healthy platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides you with a single source of data - connected with other Salesforce products and integration, it's a wonderful tool to effectively do your work.

nothing as of now as current feature of sales cloud meet our business requirement .

Sakesforce Sales Cloud enables block building to create time saving data entries for a sales team to spend less time in spreadsheets and more time with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can give the paralyzing feeling of not knowing where to start to make the most impact on the business. A great place to improve is to bring in a proper admin with Sales experience, work directly with Sales leadership, and provide a team with the basic tutorials on how to use leads, contacts, and opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce, combined with call center automation tools, allow us to have excellent, custom call queues that are over 30% more efficient than our previous solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of data that can be stored on lead, contact and account records as well as opportunity tracking solutions that come with sales cloud. It's light years above competition in my eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more than one chat partnership. For example, if it could integrate more with Teams and Microsoft Office, it would be incredible. More native options for integration would be great.

With a large global company, capturing and storing data is paramount. This is a major issue Sales Cloud solves as well as the ability to create tailored flows and automations.
