Useful experience to lead sales teams to success

What do you like best about the product?
Easy you can figure dashboards and reports. Opportunities are easy to track and manage through our sales cycle and full and collaborators as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's lots of different ways to configure and it can be overwhelming to find the best sport or dashboard for the question
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cloud is providing us visibility into our total pipeline, ability to develop forecasts and also provide opportunities for Hands-On coaching to our team members

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Salesforce Sales Cloud for its seamless and easy setup. The platform is user-friendly with straightforward coding, ensuring a smooth experience for managing our sales processes. I really appreciate the activity tracking and lead capturing features, as well as the web-to-lead functionality, which are incredibly beneficial for our team. The ecosystem of Salesforce with its comprehensive features is a significant factor in why we continue using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would bring more AI features and better data connectivity without the consumption-based modeling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for pipeline and activity management, which keeps our sales team effective and efficient.

It helps you do your homework after talking with a client and reminds you about next steps. You can also collaborate with your work colleagues to close a deal

Reporting about ongoing opportunity. Information is allwasy available on device of my choice.
Highly configurable and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not add documents to a task.
It's difficult to find conversations about a certain topic with a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all opportunities amd ongoing leads and quotes pending. Information about sales won and customer information and their relationship with the differente sales groups and marketing groups

Sales Cloud is a flexible solution that can be adjusted to fit any business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
For startups that haven't started to make money it is a quite expensive solution. It would be great with a limited free solution for those businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us managing cases, opportunities and projects. We constantly have new problems that sales cloud helps us solve.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales consultant , I like its ability to provide comprehensive insights into sales pipeline. It allows me to make data-driven decisions, enhance collaboration, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, the automation features of Sales Cloud save valuable time, allowing me to focus on strategic sales initiatives and customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it's complexity, which can require more training. The cost can also be much for smaller businesses. I wish it had more out of the box features to help grow sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can help me streamline, sales processes, along with developing a better forecasting model. It allows leadership within the over designation to better track overall processes and analytics to help with project planning.
