Robust CRM with Extensive Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales is a very robust tool that has the most capabilities out of all the softwares I've used. It keeps track of everything and allows me to see a long history of each account's activity. Having a CRM like this lets us know how and when we last reached out to prospective clients, providing context on their sentiment towards us during the last contact. I also appreciate its ability to integrate with various software, helping to centralize our understanding of the business, and providing sales intelligence, which makes it a valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not very pleasing to the eye. It's also very difficult to create reports without formal training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales keeps all my client and partner data centralized, integrates seamlessly with other tools, and offers useful sales intelligence. It provides a comprehensive history of account activities, helping me maintain continuity and context in client relationships.

What I like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) is how it gives a clear, central view of all customer and sales information in one place. It can feel quite complex and overwhelming at times, especially with all the features and customization options. The interface can also take a while to get used to, and setting things up properly often requires a fair bit of training or experience.

It solves the problem of scattered sales data by bringing everything into one central system, so I can easily track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in one place. This helps me stay organised, follow up on time, and have a clearer view of the sales pipeline, which ultimately improves efficiency and decision-making.

The GUI of the reports can be taken up a knotch. also in order to edit the filter you need to go into the exact details of the report. The perofrmace of the report - sometimes it takes it time to render

We use it to support the following sales tasks: lead management across multiple reps, account management, contact management, opportunity and deal management, and tracking all of our sales metrics, KPIs, and overall results.
Overall it helps with improving our performance as a team, across pre-sales to customer success teams and helping with support and client onboarding. It also has great UX and its easy to use and set-up. It also integrates with other tools in our tech stack to manage other areas as one. Plus AI features these days are especially to keep improving productivity.

It can take a while to get your team set up and using it efficiently, even with all the integrations and AI features. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It essentially brings together all the sales work that would normally live across multiple tools and puts it into one place—a single source of truth, if you will. I only have to be in one place and look at a few dashboards to get all the metrics I need.
