An overwhelming amount of functionality

What do you like best about the product?
The support available through trail blazer as well as the help/support pages
What do you dislike about the product?
Is quite expensive to upgrade or personalise at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced an archaic database that had many issues, now we are experiencing far less issues and when issue do arise we have a variety of options in order to get them resolved by developers

What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce is robust CRM there are few areas where I have expressed some concern s like
Cost, Complexity, Steep Learning Curve, Customisation Complexity, Limited Customer Support

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me resolve
Lack of Centralised Data, Inefficient Sales Process, Limited Visibility into Sales Pipeline, Manual & Time Consuming Administrative Tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud's ability to consolidate client information into a single hub facilitates simpler access and tracking of interactions for sales teams. Sales managers may make evidence-based decisions and fine-tune their operations thanks to the real-time insights about the pipeline and performance provided by the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud might be prohibitively expensive for new enterprises, which poses a problem. It's also possible that tailoring the platform to an organization's unique requirements and processes would necessitate more time and money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-created dashboards and reports in Sales Cloud facilitate knowledge sharing and the monitoring of critical KPIs. In addition, Sales Cloud may be seamlessly integrated with a broad variety of other apps and tools, including marketing automation programs, social media networks, and e-commerce sites.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest tool accessible in the CRM workspace, simple to log in to and use, with top-tier protections for user data and a focus on integration features. It's a one-stop shop for all of our CRM and sales needs, and it's compatible with other enterprise resource planning software like Netsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problems with performance and slow page loads can occur, especially when working with huge datasets. Non-technical individuals may struggle with the sophistication of reporting and analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application allows us to keep tabs on every one of our goods and services. The smooth conversion of leads to paying clients and subsequent account monitoring is crucial. Connection, Advocate, and Power Broker. Salesforce is great since it streamlines the process of monitoring and updating this data.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce's easy-to-use interfaces encourage our learning and make it more flexible than its competitors, who demand substantial experience and training. Salesforce facilitates teamwork and communication throughout our organization. Assembling the integrations is a breeze. Our sales staff has found it to be both effective and easy to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, the licensing price and price per user could be a point of contention and decision making. The user interface is clumsy. I do wish there were more ways to personalize them. Certifications are too costly, in my opinion. The length of the announcements is likewise excessive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By generating easy dashboards and reporting for our sales staff to assess their attainment and goal percentages, this technology helped us streamline our business process. It's enabling our sales people to do their jobs better, which in turn benefits our clients. Better metrics reporting and deeper insights into team performance are two benefits we've noticed. Salesforce has been wonderful.

Good for data keeping

What do you like best about the product?
In my line of work, I use Salesforce for data keeping and managing. We use it as a database for storing names, numbers, addresses and to create reports as necessary. I love the report creating feature
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not super intuitive. It takes quite a lot of playing around with to actually get it. It also has a lot of complex features, most of which I still don't know how to use or what they do and I've been using the software for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often create reports and Salesforce helps us do that. But more importantly, Salesforce makes it possible to easily save and share created reports without having to create a whole new report.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud , is big cloud in salesforce . And Some object are there Like : Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Cases, Leads
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like to Aura component because there is already a big Technology name is Lightning web component . It is very high complexity language .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it is very huge cloud in salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Filtering the leads is easy, tracking the target and attainment, tracking the payments that we got anytime and filtering it to see whatever we got in this month or even anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning about Salesforce completely is a little bit complicated; poor customer service and fast support are vital because they can cost a huge amount of monry. Not possible for low budget companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to filter out leads. Easy to track the payments , targets and attainments on a monthly basis. Easy to track the previous activities so we can connect to the customers accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps our organization work together and collaborate across teams. The integrations are easy to set up. It's very user friendly and our sales team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not the sleekest. I do wish they had more customization options. I also think that the certifications are too expensive. The announcements are also too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us better serve our clients by empowering our sales team. We have seen greater reportability and better insights into our teams metrics. Salesforce has been great.
