What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud has helped us solve these problems by providing a comprehensive, integrated sales management solution that allows us to easily track leads, opportunities, and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Salesforce sales cloud is high, and there are some features that are not included in the basic package. Also, some of the more advanced features can be complicated to setup and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables sales representative to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. With the access to social network profiles associated with Salesforce accounts,contacts,and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud have a lot of inbuilt features. Any one can have a free use for a limited data but if you want to grow your business. Go for it and have a paid versiona and enjoy your business
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to dislike. There are a lot of features available. Sometimes people get confused which are useful for them. If Salesforce can have a bunch of products. It will be easier for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good product and it increased business as well as it handles the data in user friendly manner. All over experience is good till today. I hope it will be good in future as well.

Salesforce Sales Cloud also has some of downsides:
Customization Simplicity: Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly customization, which can be a benefit or a drawback.
Performance Optimization: At times, during peak usage, occasional performance issues can arise, causing frustration.
Pricing Consideration: While Salesforce Sales Cloud provides immense value, pricing can pose a challenge for small businesses with tight budgets.

Works well with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can convert your contacts to and from hubspot with salesforce. Its really convenient and helpful for sales teams and for pipeline projections
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches sometimes- sometimes contacts don't show up, sometimes they don't convert. Needs a bigger server. I'm not sure the fix to this but hopefully one day it will be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our pipeline and helps us report on pipeline without having to do too much. It keeps all of our accounts in line which is super helpful when trying to be organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It can allow an organization to manage its customer database and keep track of contracts and contact information. It can integrate and utilize 3rd party systems such as building badge records, print badges, automation of invitation emails, set up accounts through automation. It has proven useful in our company and saved time and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search function glitches or does not work. There were several occasions when I searched for a Customer's name or email address, and the search would return no results. But then, when I search the contract within and find the Customer, open and work on the corresponding contracts, and try the search again, it might find this person now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce supports integration with our ticketing and badge system, which helps us quickly manage customer memberships and saves time from manually having to set up multiple tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The way Salesforce has designed sales cloud is very efficient for business to do their sales. Also the feature is leads, accounts and contacts is wonderful. I like working in Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't anything wrong or inappropriate in sales cloud but it would be good to see AI coming in to guide business users and more predictable sales process . That's all I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to store process and Manage the needs for which I'm working. Salesforce offers a lot with sales cloud services and our customers really likes it .

A powerful tool with many features and uses - a cost that can add up though

What do you like best about the product?
There are a couple of things that come to mind:
* Comprehensive Sales Management
* Customizability and Flexibility
* Integration and Ecosystem
* Collaboration and Communication

These features made it a great tool to integrate within our platform and to allow some of our clients to use what they have already along with our features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Company was originally using this for our Sales team but have since moved to fully "dog fooding" our own software. We have our own Sales platform so paying for something external no longer made sense. Now, this isn't really a dislike, more of a why we moved away. If I had to pick something, cost was likely the biggest thing - I know it was expensive - especially as we continued to grow as a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say some of the top problems that Salesforce tries to solve are as follows:
* Ineffective sales collaboration
* Inefficient lead management
* Lack of sales visibility
* And more.

For us, it was definitely the above as well as trying to remove many of our previously manual processes that we had the time. Until we got our own tool to have more of the needed features, this helps solved the gap that our sales team needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily viewable reports, status, and sales opportunities for full transparency among teams. Most of my day to day is in salesforce, and my life is way more efficient because of it
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there can be tons and tons of reports to siphon through, I would imagine there is an archive feature but if there isnt- highly recommend adding that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that is being solved from Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite is centralizing information. The benefit it brings is making teams more efficient when everything is in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive, all the tools are well-placed. I was using it in previous organizations and we're also planning to implement it in my current organization. What I like the most is that we can create dashboards according to our requirements - opps, pipelines, meetings, and activities are easy to track, The best part is that it's well-suited for all-sized organizations. Lastly, it's a bit costly platform but the ROI is justified by the price tag.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike here, one thing that comes to my mind is customization, there are a lot of customizations but the process is hefty and requires technical expertise. I hope SF would make the customization process intuitive in the future, it'll help in minimizing the cost business have to consider before implementing the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep better track of our opps and accounts assigned to each team member, I can't say enough; how helpful the analytics and email tracking feature are - it helps us in driving revenue growth, improving our business process, and enhancing our decision-making process.

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I start... The ability to track opportunities/contacts/leads/accounts, storing historical data on our customer base, flows and automation in the back-end to streamline processes for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of any built-in data enrichment could be a downside. It would be nice if Salesforce Sales Cloud offered its own data enrichment tool rather than having to go to the marketplace to find one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals and forecasting our business, as well as monitoring sales performance, storing historical customer data, identifying and tracking engagement with new leads.
