What do you like best about the product?
Get on to this Sales cloud to boost your team's efficiency to supercharger levels.
Keeps entire team updated and abreast with latest in the Sales cycles.
Now with EinsteinGPT look forward to amazing acceleration and seemless productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I have to follow a disciplined process but realize this is what is needed. Some gaps I believe will get fixed, knowing we get updates thrice a year.

Need the ability to merge documents across sources and ability to mine contracts archived and live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides comprehensive support for our sales team and sales leaders and gives us the reporting and analytical tools to provide insights and funnel visibility to our commercial leadership. It's also constantly evolving to provide additional value to our sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't identify 'downsides', my only concern is that there are so many tools and resources within Sales Cloud that I know that we are not taking advantage of all of value that Sales Cloud could provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM houses and helps us manage our entire sales function. It is our single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud aligns very closely with elevating our company's B2B sales strategy. The plethora of data points makes it easier to make data informed decisions that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great product but could use improvement in integrating and ingesting data from external data sources outside of the ecosystem. I am personally looking forward to seeing the evolution of the Data Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables the team to view and manage our merchants from prospect to customer. This allows us the ability to see the various interactions to subsequently manage and improve the merchant experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Watching Salescloud implemented in our company from a previous CRM, we have had an incredible improvement in engagement and quality of commercial input. It is breaking down silos among teams and improving visibility that enables an excellent customer experience. Our reps feel prepared when they go into discussions and leadership is able to utilize sales cloud data to measure what matters. I am a huge fan and look forward to future innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been confusing when products are renamed or if new features/products come out it is unclear if we have access or need to increase our products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving connectivity and enabling our commercial team to be successful. Qualified leads funnel, opportunity pipeline, activity (task and event) tracking, and sales engagement are components required to ensure we have healthy processes to reach our goals. Having visibility to these areas help us provide direction to the sales team to where they should focus their efforts as well as determine areas of risk in the commercial process.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables our Sales team to access and input information easily. Love the ability to easily customize to fit our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of what we would like to implement isn't included in our version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage leads and campaigns has been a huge benefit for us. We can now see our unqualified, qualified, and working leads all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the most powerful tool on the market to track all your sales management necessities with great built in tools to solve the most complex business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a very steep learning curve in order to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our internal campaigns in banking and also the sales management models are based on Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Automation using flows.
2) Integration with all the required data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I delete the metadata for example flow. I need an easy way to retrieve it. Similar to undeleting a record from recycle bin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how salesforce is Getting all the data into one place and making easy access to it.
