What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to connect service and sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless it is configured right sales cloud can be disjointed from other clouds

All opportunities and customers in one place and visible to organization

What do you like best about the product?
I love that that there is access to integrated applications. Also that most fields are reportable. The User Interface is friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there are Reporting limitations

It is not so user friendly that you can only have one formula per report, then if you have to join them and you end up having to download them to excel and work out of excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales is able to have a one stop shop for all their needs.
Now that we have implemented CPQ and removed Oracle, Salesforce is our system of truth

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a Great Tool to maintain and scale our business within B2B of telecommunication industries

Most important for us are the User-Friendly Interface, the aim for the 360-Degree Customer View and the great Pipeline Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all

Whether you're a startup or a large enterprise, Sales Cloud can scale with your growth. You won't outgrow this CRM.

Sales Cloud is a comprehensive and very adaptable CRM solution that empowers us to enhance our sales processes and build better customer relationships by faster and accurate data at one place. A lot of problems we are faced performing our business could be answered professional and efficient by using Sales Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud with Einstein allows is to gather data easily from the dishes team to create real time analytics about our sales operation in an easy to use interface. Highly recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, we have data in multiple programs. We will need to use data cloud to produce an integrated experience.

Provides real sales insights and forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize our clients and communicate efficiently is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easily over engineered. I think it would be helpful to have a better understand of how to keep this simple but stay effective.

The ability to be intermodal and handle different customers with different transportation needs.

What do you like best about the product?
s a comprehensive CRM platform that has revolutionized the way our team approaches sales and customer relations. Some standout features include Opportunity Tracking, which has streamlined the way we manage sales leads, and robust automation tools that have saved us countless hours on repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
he licensing and additional features can quickly become expensive, especially for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Add-ons and integrations, although powerful, can also add to this cost burden.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud helpes us to streamline our sales process as well as for our customers. Lead, campaign , opportunity management along with inbuilt flows with copilot are really beneficial now
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration capabilities are limited. Not good integration with marketing cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It give a standardize single platform for all off our sales needs . The customer 360 on a single screen helps to get a better view of customer. The AI and Analytics helps a lot to make decisions

What do you like best about the product?
It allows sales staff to easily record, interact with, and gather metrics on clients as well as potential clients. It also meaningfully connects them to other departments in their organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing for a seasoned sales staff member to navigate. Often times these individuals are on the road and can sparsely make technological interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a complete view of customer data in every aspect that they interact with our organization.
