What do you like best about the product?
The best about Salesforce is the lack of limits. Everything is possible, it's just matter of time and cost of development and implementation. It's giving all the possibility and tool to a company to do everything they want and with AI implementation now it's going to be even more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that are not easy accessible and usable. The apex deployment and testing system could be a bit more efficient. one small thing o can also mention is the lack of empty field in the new dynamic layout page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all the information for any customer or lead in a single place. We are also storing info about invoicing and revenues and soon the info about the projects with time sheets and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
End to End guided journey of whole Sales process. Rhus is very smooth to configure and customize both for B2B and B2C customers with Industry specific processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. Almost everything is in Sales Cloud to setup a sales journey.
Inbuild e-signature would be a great add-ons instead of go with a third party or App Exchange.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve sales, speed-up lead process, highly convert lead to opportunity and win the opportunity. Sales Cloud with Einstein AI, it provide us better view of deal.
Very clear and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to enter information, and I like the dashboard reporting, I like that I can make changes easily and I love seeing the chatter updates. I also like the syncing of contacts from my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has added too many customizations so it's slow sometimes and I don't like how many boxes we have to fill out. But that's not salesforce's fault at all

Tracking leads and our conversations with clients and a managing our pipeline
Salesforce is worth it
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer amount you can do with Sales Cloud is incredible as well as how much you can customise the system to fit your business needs. I've used Microsoft Dynamics before and Salesforce is leagues above it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to do so much sometimes leads to over complication and this doesn't work well for users as they would prefer simpler processes. I'd like to see improvement in the guidance for building Sales processes from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing everything together in one place for the Sales team. They really benefit from not having to go to loads of different sources each day to find what they need to do their job.

What do you like best about the product?
We find the user interface helps our Sales Team find the information they need fast. Our Finance teams can control pricing directly. We can automate for example a flow so our Sales teams don't have to input details of repeat bookings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that isn't improved with using Salesforce Sales Cloud itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quoting customers, booking customers and automated processes that save time and increase revenue.
Great platform for sales
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see customers, understand the insights and log activities. Great with Einstein too to understand what the best approach is. Better than anything else on the market and I will always recommend. Also great you can build custom parts (eg HR) so you can modify it for your company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive - not necessarily the go to for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding customers and how they're interacting with our company. Also using Einstein to understand how to Contact customers better.

Not really. Good concept of community building.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Salesforce Sales Cloud allows users to have a single view of the customer and allows users to follow the customers sales journey from beginning to end
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business a lot of features that are needed and can only be found on the salesforce stack exchange, but a lot of the applications are needed to be paid for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping us with managing our customer journeys in ways that we could not have done without salesforce, all customer data and engagement with the customer is found in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Ability for external customers to interact with the system such as partners wishing to submit contracts or 3rd party operations. The product has been user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that caused a delay in being able to get started was the inability to view functionality on an ad hoc basis through videos. Inability to view out of the box functionality before starting development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system for crm that is standardised as much as possible and supportable. Also needed to be externally facing for 3rd parties to be able to utilise when needed
The efficiency gains are MASSIVE
What do you like best about the product?
For my user case, the customisation of profiles & appointment scheduling has been a life saver. Also the ability to integrate custom, in-house platforms has been the core reason we went with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui to be honest is a little old school. The admin part can be a little clunky and take a while to get use to. Our stakeholders especially were put off by the way of school look
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to trim our appointment creation time down from 12 mins to under 2. It means we can spend more time making calls and appointments and an increase in LTV
