Amount of functionality that is readily available that is suitable for variety of businesses

Limitations with standard fields. Ex: Date Of Birth standard field cannot be encrypted

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ease of use and configurability. It's beneficial in giving visibility into our biggest opportunities, allowing our sales and service teams to collaborate effectively on customer-related issues. I also love the wide range of products it covers, which enhances our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of configuration options available to business users to be a downside.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple enough to use out of the box for small and mid sized businesses, or complex enough to run a fully automated enterprise solution. It’s as large and useful as you wish to invest in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve and feels a bit clunky compared to other more modern CRM systems, and seemingly basic functions that are Included in other CRM applications is an add on that can get very pricey.

Tracking of pipeline, lead and marketing success, revenue forecasting, and task management .

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud facilitates collaboration and task management, resolving many team-related issues effectively. The system's ability to track prospects and clients, coupled with opportunities and stages, helps predict and improve outcomes in the sales cycle. The seamless integration with email applications enhances communication. I also find the unified view of customers helpful and value the remote accessibility without needing additional software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that once person accounts are activated in Salesforce Sales Cloud, they cannot be turned off. Sometimes organizations enable this feature thinking it is necessary, but later realize it is not, and yet there is no option to revert this action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product solves collaboration and task management issues, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records and enabling accessible customer views for better decision-making.
