Makes Lead conversion easy.

Cost for small scale industry of higher which makes it inconvenient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For lead conversation and manage our customer data effectively for communication with them.

I like using it, makes my life easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I love reports, they're a very useful feature for what I do. I use also use Account Engagement daily. I like that Cloud is easy to grasp and use and a great place to see information in one plave.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the same features have different names in for example Salesforce and Account Engagement - such as contacts vs prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how it automates many tasks which makes my job a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user interactive and user friendly to run the sales pipeline. Very efficient tool for capturing prospect Leads and giving quick insights on the progress with amazing dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggle with in-line editing feature on the list view of standard objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads and its conversion journey. Along with it there is the Intuitive dashboard which helps in getting the quick insights on the sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build, drag and drop solution. Personalized to cater the sales requirement of the organisation. Sales reps can be trained easily to adapt to the technology

Implementing AI with Sales cloud could be a game changer. With AI coming into picture, we can automate a lot of processes, giving our human partners more time to innovate

Keeping a track of sales opportunities, leads and converting them into customers
Very customisable solution to empower Sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sales Cloud for many years. It I really like how customisable it is. We can create custom solutions that work for us, rather than adjusting the process to fit the tool (as it happens with other products).
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the vastness and flexibility it offers, it is fairly complex, and there are some parts that are not as straightforward as I'd like them to be (et user permissions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is our source of truth when it comes to customer data. We started using it as simply a CRM, but we've built on it and added more and more process logic and automations into the system, which helps the team be more productive. We have also recently started using Sales Engagement and ECI. We've had a few bumps on the road, but there is great potential to having everything in the same system.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using this for sales team and as a Manager it's easy foe me to see all the data of my leads and my team memebers using one dashboard. We can easily automate our peocess and my sales team can invest 70% time on sales instead CRM updates and operational

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to implement without a salesforce expert for complex things. But apart from that nothing. This is one of the best CRM for Sales and Service Department indeed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my team to manage all the Prospects and Clienta data. Now, we have one system where we are managing all the data, which provides us Security, Insights and Analytics and based on those data, we make our move and strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead, scoring. It's a product which you can very easily custom. Low cod platform is awesome. I can compare SalesCloud to Porsche :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. Besides this everything is ok. I don't see any advantages

Prediction was the difficulty issue. Thanks to Salesforce, configuration, we can easily know, how many clients, deals we can have in the future

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has allowed our local sales teams to work more efficiently and focus on generating more revenue for the business. Provides the ability for our sales teams to audit and manage accounts as well as being able to communicate easily with their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing new apps and managed packages can be a bit time consuming but that's most likely down to how our company manages the release cycles. We have struggled with some of the guides within salesforce but can always rely on the community and trailheads for more info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow our sales teams to close more deals and communicate easily with their stakeholders. Also, using reports and dashboards provides a great holistic view for our sales managers to keep tabs on new brands and businesses, manage closed won / lost conversion rates and also look at individual team performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Best for sales rep, as they can review sales pipelines. End to end visibility of the sales journey. Approval process, automations made easy. Minimum customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can be bit rigid for customizing for some functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end tracking of sales pipeline. Migration of the CRM solution customer is using. Mobile enablement giving carrying out surveys on the go, logging cases for other teams as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features have saved me and my organisation 1000s of working hours across the years. The fact that automation can be easily configured by admins with no engineering skills is sales cloud strongest point for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the native data import wizard isn't very user friendly. I've also not being able to instal the latest version of the data loader due to IT issues. I know there are very good third party data import applications available, but the free plan on those only usually covers a relatively small number of records

Sales cloud enables is to easily track all the interactions various teams across our organisation have with our customers. We also use a customer portal to gather information and files from our customers, which would otherwise have to be manually collected
