Empowering our business for a better future
What do you like best about the product?
The salesforce sales cloud allows our team to focus on the important aspects of the business and let's the platform take charge of the data decisions. Without salesforce our team would require an additional 1 day per week to calculate what salesforce does in milliseconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as we love salesforce, we do run into limitations such as api limits and cpu timeouts. We are a resource heavy system - but maybe we need to redesign?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast decisions, quick performance and saving time and resources in our teams.
Great CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
I have implemented Sales Cloud several times. I love the ease of use from an admin configuration side and all users like the interface. Reporting and Dashboarding is so easy to configure and use. I am able to support the business with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow errors are very frustrating as they give no indication of what the actual problem is. From my perspective the most frustrating and time consuming problem is this as you have no idea what the problem is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling us to work more efficiently. Everything is in one place and we can report without going to IT. Users like the interface and the new functionality that comes out each year

What do you like best about the product?
Great management of sales processes and pipeline, easy to build analytics, harnessing power of predictive and generative AI to increase revenue. Flexible platform to allow adaptations to business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Einstein Activity Capture needs more detailed insight from admin perspective. Difficult to understand when things go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, managing customer and sales data effectively.
I have worked in sales cloud for 3 years and its really good for quote to cash experience
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce flows helps us most to automate the processes our business has and helps me as an administrator to meet customer expectations without knowing the apex code language
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still lot of things that need triggers and apex code for customising requirements which cannot be done by a admin. Another area to improve is the performance experience on page load which can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our salespeople to quickly make sales decisions based on the inputs given and makes their sales experience a smooth performance. They can target leads based on score and get a better chance in converting opportunities
Sales cloud improves sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has allowed me to help my own business and other customers have more clarity over the sales process and improved sales completely. With COVID it allowed companies to continue having a sales process from anywhere in the world.

I dislike that there are some features that should be part of sales cloud, however they are not. Such as some of cpq

The best thing is getting rid of spreadsheets and having all your data in front of you so that you can sell your product easier
Good real time reporting from anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
As a user that builds reports and dashboards for our sales teams. Being able to develop powerful reports and dashboards that they can access and use from anywhere is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting limitations in the base Salesforce model as well as dashboard limits that stop us creating unlimited dashboards for a global sales team despite being on a Salesforce Unlimited platform.

It allows our admins to customise the experience and provide a bespoke solution for our business

Lightning sales cloud could be faster, often get users complaining about speed

Providing a crm to allow our reps to sell effectively in an integrated system

The amount of development that can be carried out with no or low code options

Unable to report on attachments easily for users to identify gaps

We are able to ensure that the sales team can communicate more effectively with brand guidelines with our customers and they are walked through the process to ensure everyone is working in the same way
Innovative and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I work on the admin side of Salesforce, what I love is how the set up and administration of the system is easy to use and logical. It's easy to navigate around too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some things that we haven't been able to do, for example to be able to report on opportunities with attachments. It seems like it should be simple, but there isn't yet a solution, I had to upvote an idea, but is a shame as it seems like a basic.

How to keep track of our leads and who to target, and also the renewal of current opportunities.
