What do you like best about the product?
The core functionality of Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful and allows enterprise sales teams to manage their leads and opportunities effectively. The Pipeline Inspection tool is a relatively new feature and is very useful. It's also easy to create list views, reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more flexibility around permissions related to the Opportunity Split object, specifically managing who can edit splits without placing people in a higher role in the role hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential to the running of our business. It provides a single view of the customer and supports all the core processes from prospecting through to the closure of the sale.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The visibility I get regarding the data I need.
I am a visual person and it's very clear what I need and where.

Ive also used other products like bullhorn and felt that it does the same thing in regards to tracking leads and opportunities but there felt like an ease around using sales cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI.
As visual as it is in regards to being where I need it and clear, I do feel like the style/ theme/ vibe is not appealing. It doesn't make me want to look at it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making me accountable. It's a clear picture of where I should be focusing my attentions and almost like a second pair of eyes for me. A polite nudge that tasks need attention

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is delightfully customizable to very specific business needs, allowing quick process iterations as the company grows.

The real power comes from using Sales cloud along with other products Salesforce offer like Service. Having as many teams on the same platform is a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
The most useful features can sometimes be behind paywalls or the most expensive licenses. I would like more flexibility in being able to pick and choose relevant new features without getting them forced into a bundle or large license increase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's brought our disconnected teams all under one roof, allowing for easier and more efficient handoffs.

The flexibility of the platform allows us to think big and develop our own tools

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud allows you to manage your clients and pipeline opportunities with ease. Having your contact history, account information and related information in one place empowers you to build meaningful relationships with your customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud as a standalone product is great however it's full potential is only unlocked with other suites such as service and marketing cloud, greater training for end users will be excellent and I'm looking forward to seeing the sales rep trailmix proposition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping our company manage our pipeline from lead to opportunity conversion. Bringing greater visibility to sales performance, pipeline conversion and forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility and ease in being able to customise the layouts and content for my Business. I also like the email and reporting functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's flexibility is great, but it does require in house expertise to utilise the adaptability in a cost efficient way. There's an education process that goes along with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good at storing and tracking sales leads and activity. It's helped enormously at sales conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Users can access real-time data updates and synchronize changes easily across the system. Providing shared maps and routes helps us promote effective communication and collaboration among team members. Users can generate customized reports and analyze performance matrix by using its powerful analytical tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, I am happy with Salesforce Maps. However, For beginners, Salesforce Maps may be challenging to understand and utilize all its functionalities. The cost is a little higher but worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Maps helps us improve operational efficiency, optimize sales strategies, enhance customer service and gain valuable insights from geospatial data. Its sales cloud and marketing cloud features are handy.

What do you like best about the product?
Customisation capabilities, ease of use and support you get from account executives

You really can mould it into any sort of an org, the extra suites like service cloud really set it apart having collaboration between departments in a company
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's much wrong with the product as a whole, it just can be quite complex at the start and pricy for a soloprenuer just starting out I guess

Seeing our sales performance as a company and trends that we can leverage for further growth

What do you like best about the product?
The way that Salesforce Sales Cloud organises customer data, and allows automation of repetitive tasks. My favourite thing to do in Sales Cloud is building flows, as you can build custom and complex automations without needing to code it. I also love reports and dashboards and the insights into the data, te drag and drop simplicity of the report builder but with features to create more complex reports using report formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor things that customers ask me to build that are not possible in Salesforce. For instance, being able to tag email messages as high priority. Also out of the box that the related tab is default and not the details tab! First thing I do in a new org is change it!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing email automation using templates, email alerts and flow. My clients always love that hey don't have to retype and send emails that they frequently. Using custom formulas to score leads is also helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how configurable it is and yet how it also works out of the box. Being a geek and a problem solver, it's great for me to work with as I can build a scenario for just about everything imaginable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a huge beast and takes a lot of learning. Plus interrogating an org you have inherited which has no documentation can be really challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us monitor sales and Interactions, and predict our whitespace for cross selling. Also knowing which of our people are undertaking what activities and work with our clients.
