What do you like best about the product?
Our company could not operate with Salesforce Sales Cloud. We use it for managing leads, accounts, opportunities, and Quotes. We also have several customized apps to manage our business from surveys to quote to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce changes the name sometimes and that causes me confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one app that does most of what we need. Helps us with lead management, prospecting, and forecasting. It also helps us to close and win deals.We also use the reporting daily

We were able to get rid of all manually tracked excel spreadsheets, this was huge for our team.

Just a few clunky UI issues. For instance, I line editing sometimes messes up on reports.

Salesforce is highly customizable. This is a strength and a source of frustration. The solution is simple: company's should consider the total cost of ownership and higher a designated admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud untangles buisiness processes and allows users to focus a maximum of effort on mission fulfillment.

Very flexible system with great power
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can solve so many use cases. There is also so many automated business flows you can develop. And best of all it is low code or no code. The IU is also fresh and inviting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated and confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acknowledging our donors and sending out updates on our most recent activities.
Great platform to help support your business processes
What do you like best about the product?
The flexbility and how easy it is to use it from an end user point of view, as well as from a technology associate (administrator or developer) to build solutions that solve business challenges. Account and contact management aspects are great and allows us to see as much as we need about a customer and a customer contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high cost of the licenses and mobile application. The mobile application is still not on par with the desktop UI. From a technologist POV, need more updates with the Setup so that everything is working with the new architecture, i.e. Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aiming to create more high scale & high duration clients. It will be an integrated platform for account, contact and opportunity management, including critical integrations with the other systems.
Amazing Extensible Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform to truly customize and fit every process no matter how different the business unit is the biggest advantage of the platform. The dedication to data security is also a amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is the price. But you get what you pay for, and the pros FAR outweigh cons. The only other con is that there isn't a reliable deployment software for a CI/CD pipeline.

Sales Cloud is serving as the primary source of truth for customer acquisition, retention, and support for every single business unit in the entire company. Salesforce community is also the source of self support.

The facility that you have to build your sales process. All the information that you have to build dashboard and reports. it's friendly for the users and they learn really fast

I really do no have nothing to dislike. it is a really great product

In reduce the time in close a sale that we used to have.Our time it's build solutions very fast and we can catch our clients a little more faster.

Insights through reports and dashboards. Dashboards are used daily by sales team and sales support engineers.

I would love to integrate more systems to automate data flow. Excited to explore Einstein capabilities.

Tracking customer insights automatically through direct conversations with sales engineers. Tracks all sales and customer data and displays in an easy to understand dashboard.
