The forecasting tool helps me manage my sales team effectively. Drilling in from high level right down to activities in just a few clicks.

It's an expensive tool. Market leading. But expensive.

It gives us one place to access all of our sales data. Rather than having it in siloes.

Easy, flexible, intuitive and can connect with a lot of other tools. It has made the life of our Sales reps, managers, leadership and operations very easy. Like the reporting too

Reporting is basic and can definitely benefit if we have more reporting capabilities. Also sometimes customization can take a lot of effort both in terms of money and time

Helps us keep all our data in one place. Reps are able to provide a 360 view of their opportunities and conversation. Sales leadership is able to view pipeline r easily

The benefits of Salesforce Sales Cloud. What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities are endless! Salesforce sales cloud allows you to customize your CRM to suit your business needs. It creates a self service like experience through Trailhead, and a active community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to understand the different sales cloud platforms. Once you have mastered this understanding the app exchange and searching for help becomes much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much of our business relationships, and it leads live in our c-suites minds. Providing them and easy to use platform where they can share their activities expands our sales opportunities.

Sales path, process and sales activity tracking is the best. We can customize according to our business processes

For first time user, sales cloud is very overwhelming because so many data that can be show. It's require learning curve to use sales cloud.
