What do you like best about the product?
The product can be customized to meet such a wide variety of Sales process and business requirements. Can adapt to so many possibilities
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have some fixed assumptions that you may need to work around.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the capability to optimize the experience to fit the needs of your organization. You have a solution that can not only fit to your sales mold but also measure it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about Salesforce Sales Cloud is it's complexity. While there are so, so many capabilities, that also means there is a million plus ones to do something like a simple automation. It also calls for many considerations and can be a bit overwhelming, but there's lots of room to learn!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's tracking a lot of our sales progress and pipeline. It's benefitting me because there's a lot of data to learn from and a lot of ways to engage with customers through their data.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is one of the best platform available in the market to digitalize sales process. Its simple, easy to understand and use not just for the end-users but also for the developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although its one of the best product of Salesforce, it still offers pretty much the same features in the standard package as it was offering few years back. Salesforce have done exception work on improving flows, but its lacking on UI improvements. I think salesforce should give more power to admins/developers to customize UI (pagelayout, highlighting field labels, color-coding, etc.) and branding of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Helps to stream the sales process and brought pretty much everything in a single platform " - This was the common feedback which I get from customers after implementing Sales Cloud for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Gaining insights into our Sales pipeline and sales cycle has allowed us to make targeted improvements in our sales processes and close more deals
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce's greatest strength is flexibility, which also can cause difficulty with org support and transitioning of functionality to new people. Having a more intuitive change control process could help with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product to maintain strong customer relationships. Product is continuously improved to keep up with technology and is secure and well maintained. Looks nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some time to implement and that can deter some from using portions of it. It can be daunting at first but isn't as difficult as some think. There are some components missing or some functionality that isn't there but it's always being improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping close business with customer and provide additional upswell opportunities and ensure the relationship with the customer is strong

Not sales cloud issue but we customized too much that complicates things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finally a single sourced place to gather and have visibility to all customer data and information that is also fueling our marketing team with data analytics they never had before.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and can be customised for different user levels. You can create pages suitable for your team and make customer relationship management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?

streamlined all our customers interaction. Help us track and set KPIs for the team. Before sales cloud we didn't know how long a chat or call or an ongoing case takes.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been critical to our teams, not only for managing opportunities, but also using the data from renewals, product utilization, and business metrics for our B2B clients to build long lasting client relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs better dynamic workflows through sales stages, but this may be solved with flow builder

Opportunity data lifecycle feeding core billing and dunning processes managed extenall
Sales cloud rules
What do you like best about the product?
I like the no code aspect of sales cloud. We try to keep solutions to as little dev work/code as possible. That code (in our experience) tends to break and need consistent assessment and fixing. Out of the box solutions help keep our Dev team focused on the bigger projects at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a large number of users and there are new features always coming for specific users or use cases. It gets costly to have premium features for all the users. When we have an issue or process we're trying to solve, it gets salesy pretty quick because that the solution is always the next price tier away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is the center hub for linking together all the tools from different segments of the business. Sales, Service, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Security, Compliance, all in the same place for easy visibility to all stakeholders. Salesforce makes reporting easy for all users who may look at the business from different angles and who may want to leverage different types of data.

The thing I like best is how the customer, information and data are at the forefront of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to develop customizationis tedious. And sometimes the solution doesn't truly address the problem.

It is a main hub for the internal akd external workflow.
