What do you like best about the product?
One view and mobile friendly. Centralized location for data
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding data and cleansing. And licinxinf requires many different licenses instead of just 1 that covers everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to have 1 location and cut out manual tracking in spreadsheets

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure, good out of the box configuration and user friendly. Easy to adopt
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot have multiple pricebooks in one order and i have to have opportunities for quoting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making automation a lot easier which helps with time consuming tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pipeline , activity management and campaign management.

Our teams full on working on sale cloud and all enjoying it compared to the legacy system we had

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing by that i dislike about salesforce. It is all about how we adopt the way it is and use it to the fullest, what i suggest is get the ai tool also added to the pack

It has benefitted us to see the performance of each staff how they are entering the activity's and best when they are using the tool so best in terms of work and usability

Wonderful product. It was easy to us and made it help the company. We enjoy it!

The system is high calue and cost a pretty penny. Be prepared to have everything setup to excutive for value!

Salesforce cloud is a system that help bring attention to cusstomers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's tre one source of truth for my team. We are able to collaborate and find the most up to date information quickly and accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about it, it does what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the one source of truth for everything I need to know about my job. No more floating spreadsheets that are outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using sales cloud. It makes a huge difference in our day to day and the ability to get our customers across campus the data and information that they need, exactly when they need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration to connect with marketing cloud can be difficult. We have had some data issues but nothing that could actually not be solved. Overall we really like the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It drives all of our recruiting and internal communications efforts to our faculty and staff. We would be nowhere without it! From reporting, to email, to analytics, we use it all.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Cloud applied intelligence, business reporting and data model that works well for any Sales oriented organization that wants to
operate at scale and surface conversation boosting insights and context to enable meaningful relationships with our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Sales Cloud from our backend legacy systems has been complex and required a lot of due diligence and compliance/governance. Once established however, we've had worry free API access

Scoring and prioritizing leads and allowing us to organize client relevant details, organizational hierarchy and individual roles and activity history in a single pane of glass
