What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has allowed us to standardize sales processes in addition to developing custom data components for our teams.

Integration can be difficult if the platform isn't well understood. It also helps to have a good data model in mind for your end result.

Git gives us a better view of customers and helps support relationship building.

It provides lots of built in functionalities to start with any application. And it is very to add more with tools such as Flows or Process Builder, approval process

It can be daunting to new users so proper implementation and training are very important to user adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to accurately track the sales pipeline is a must for any business and Sales Cloud makes it very easy.

Maturity and dependability means route to market for new products is quick and therefore really appealing to my customers

Very little to be honest. Happy with what the cloud offers

The navigation itself is easy to teach. By having some not so tech friendly future users, it helps the making their experience to find the necessary data better.

Because of the amount of data that it's being inserted, it comes to a point that the loading speed decreases.

Group the necessary target audience based on the data that we collect for specific campaigns.

New leads generated from a community site to feed sales. Time from submission to sales rep is a big benefit

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has made my life and all my field sellers life so much easier. We appreciate the ease of applying new opportunities, dynamic forms, so much more and opportunity for growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more possibilities for ease of customization and applying role changes. Also more ways to help build flows as it continues to grow. Flows can be utilized in every aspect too

Ease of tracking ipportunities; leads, meetings, events, cases and feedback

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much visibility you get over all of the customers data and touch points. It allows sales teams to quickly leverage and reference the information to provide better service when working with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Salesforce has a lot of information for users and a hard way to cleanly present it. Unless you've been using it for a while, you really have to search for the information that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving getting all relevant customer data into one place and centralizing how we can communicate with the customer. Any sales team member can answer the phone from a SF lead and know what conversations they've previously been a part of.
