What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud provides a wealth of features and a flexible data model to meet your specific business needs. Their best practices out of the box should help accelerate anyone's sales automation journey.

Almost too many features to keep up with. It's also only as good as the data you are able to put into the solutikn

Activity, opportunity, lead and account management. It provides a single location for us to keep track of the interactions our teams have with our customers.

The AI-driven queues and alerts it can use to steer Sales behaviors and actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of substance disliked. Although the "XYZ- cloud" naming convention is a bit much with so many cloud products. (Typed as I sit awaiting Revenue "Cloud" session)

Creating a "digital thread" from lead to opportunity to order to customer service

User friendly interface makes completing tasks, working leads and management sales opportunities a breeze.

The pricing structure can be steep and identifying the right solution to solve our particular needs.

It enables our lead strategy so bankers can quickly connect with customers with a high propensity to buy

What do you like best about the product?
The best factor about sales cloud for the work I do is the ability to have so many custom record types and tracking 5h3 connections between different contacts and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whole there is not anything I consider to dislike, the input of AI in the sales cloud could be a huge help in the work I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to process student applicants to our institution quickly and effectively to allow us to get offers out to applicants as fast as possible
Only Cloud You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows sales operations to be able to view sales reps pipeline efficiently compared to any other crm tool or excel. It allows us to dive in deeper and provide better analysis to help the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it allowed me to get deeper with forecasting capabilities. Clari is the runner up so if there can be a better intergration between the products that be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be able to have visibility into pipeline and helps us understand the data better in order to support the business and grow it. It's helpful enough ti be able to do best of both worlds

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use flow and automations to make out clients life earlier.
It's so user friendly and the best part is the a lot of the automations can be done through point and click.

I like most of the things but something it can be buggy and takes longer to load. Email to case is very hard to debug and same for web to case. Debugging is hard

Salesforce is solving the our date management problem. It helps us arrange the data the way we want and give acces to the jars keeping securing the primary focus

The feature set and the UI is simple to use and help agents to resolve customer issues.

More self service and AI features should be rolled out.

I believe the sales cloud helps our team with deal management and opportunity mapping which is a real need for our company

The cost of the Sales Cloud is slightly higher than competitors but how easily it integrates is worth the additional spend to a competitor
