Salesforce is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the objects are related, so it is easy to connect records to one another and navigate back and forth between related records. Any time we have questions or need support, we receive quick responses and issues are resolved timely. It is also able to be integrated with other tools that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that some features are not available for all objects. However, Salesforce does frequently release new updates and strives to expand functionality to all standard objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track all of our open jobs and enables our Sales Team to collaborate with one another on priorities. Everything being tracked in the system allows for anyone to look at a record and know the history/last activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is extremely customizable and user friendly. It is easy to use and really helpful for end to end order management. We use it with integrations internally and it provides a seamless experience for me to build customize reports too. My every day tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can take a lot of time to load sometimes and it is annoying in those scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Salesforce because it is robust enough to enable to me to the things that I need to do to support my business processes. When things get too complex for me to handle on my own, the premier support plan is there to help. The guides are absolute super stars!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is such a robust product things can be quite complex to set up at times.

having a single source of truth for our customer data

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable and effective to use. Easy to configure sales process. Data management, Validation, workflows all are good.
I love all the updates the salesforce team brings during each release. It keeps us working in Salesforce. And the Lightning UI, woah good. Since I am using Salesforce daily, I learn different things every day to be honest, like I mean doing a task or automation in different ways, That's cool and we have more independence when it comes to automation.

Need more UI-related enhancement to make the experience more smooth.
Also needs more functionalities to make fetching required data simpler.
I see there are many ideas posted in the Idea exchange that are really needed in the Sales Cloud but still not many have been implemented that were posted a very long time ago. Would be great if the team reviewed those and implemented new changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful in terms of making the business process to workflows. Automation through apex and flows are very reliable.
As I said before, the independence when it comes to implementing automation is great. Flows, Apex, Process Builder (retiring soon), and the new custom errors feature in flows also very cool.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very malleable plaltform. It works great out of the box for simple solutions, and can be easily scaled up depending on business needs. Documentation is abundant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so malleable, organizations can develop of a lot dead wood over the years as processes change...this is Salesforce Admins and Developers, not the platform.

Managing the whole Sales process.

Customization allows the product to fit your exact needs as a sales organization. Multiple use cases and variety of functions that all for frequent use
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too much to build out on your own, can get cluttered and repetitive

Transparency and updates on deals -- allows for a communal platform to look at accounts, track activities, observe and monitor deals and more
Great Program, it's the Future!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features and capabilities that are very easy to use. It's a breath of fresh air compared to what we were using before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly It was a little overwhelming at first, all the options and capabilites, coming from a very simple outdated program that we used before this, but after a little you get the hang of it, so there's really nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to find customer/client information then previous programs. And you can include more information for anyone searching a new addition to see.
Salesforce is a no brainer
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to navigate and its something we use every single day to make us more effective as a Sales Development engine. It is our true single source of truth for all customer and prospect information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its easy to get messy with duplicate accounts. However this is more of an issue from the prospecting tool we use.

Keeping track of all contacts and records.
