Capable CRM for sales, bit too expensive licenses
What do you like best about the product?
It is transparent and helps organisation in discussing the same opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
License cost are too high for those who just want to see data, not edit.

It enables transparent opportunity management

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use has made this a big win for the company to bring on. I will put all of our customer data into one location to allow us to service them and provide a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot of work getting everything we have into the single pane of glass view, but it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very efficient CRM tool that's cloud-based and integrates well, making it effective for opportunity management and lead management. I also find it beneficial for enhancing the sales cycle, allowing us to manage leads efficiently and boost sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be moderately difficult. Understanding the necessary configurations from staging and different parameters required effort before it became easier to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for effective lead and opportunity management, enhancing the sales cycle, and increasing sales for the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise territory management is such a useful feature, it makes managing accounts so much easier. I learned about Sales Planning today, the proportional mapping based on revenue or employee count saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overlay piece could be more clear, maybe adding more notes to make the overly account numbers clearer. I think the map functionality could be engaged more as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with our account planning for the next fiscal year. Therefore Enterprise Territory Mamagememt account which get free into salesforce via hubspot/ or 6sense can get automatically assigned

Visibility is great for the accuracy of the business

Not easy to customize if you have a very specific process

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is Salesforce's core product and where they started. If you need something easy to get started immediately, it's great out of the box but also has the ability to be customized to your business process as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It even has fun animals and design for you to keep up with an enjoy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our pipeline, have sales guidelines built in, manage our leads, and then track our activities and engagements. It's a lot easier than using spreadsheets.

Wish the multi object reports were easier to use.

Very intuitive and easy to build sales apps for sales reps, product catalog and multiple UIs

Quite expensive at this time but hopefully new revenue model will bring the cost down

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud gives companies the ability to indulge in their Sales data.along dashboards and reports to both acknowledge the key indicators of closed won sales opportunities, as well as closed lost opportunities. Because knowing that every record has the same data points, yet different outcomes. Salesforce Sales Cloud gives users the ability to find the trends to produce data-driven decision impacting insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the "Objects" within Salesforce are built with regards to related capabilities is a pain point. If there are many, many objects built out as organized silos, yet are and/or could be related to items on other "Objects" then the limit for reporting is fininte; 3 connections only. I do understand the inherent need to limit, there would ideally be a tool to fully integrate and connect all the objects within Salesforce Sales Cloud, even if it's not the norm and typical simple-parameter request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves access issues. The fields are there, and many, but being able to visualize or summarize the data overall is hugely helpful and a major benefit.

At times, Salesforce Sales Cloud can be noninuitive because there is too much going on on the pages

We weren't able to connect with our marketing team as much as we are doing now with salesforce sales cloud
