Total Transformation with Salesforce Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud integrates everything into a single tool with automated processes, allowing access to centralized opportunities, quotes, and leads in the cloud from anywhere. The ease with which one can learn and design sales processes due to its intuitiveness is remarkable. Additionally, I appreciate its scalability and adaptability to the market, especially with future integrations like Einstein and Agent Force. The conversion of leads to accounts, contacts, and opportunities through a complete sales process is very powerful and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that many of the salespeople I work with see the price of the licenses as a problem. It would be good if the price were more accessible for different companies, sizes, and countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud consolidates opportunities, quotes, and leads that were scattered across different systems, integrating them into one place with automated processes accessible in the cloud, making their management easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to track opportunities and manage leads effectively with Salesforce Sales Cloud. The functionality for tracking the sales pipeline through reports, dashboards, and CRM analytics is particularly beneficial to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the UX/UI of Salesforce Sales Cloud. It is an aspect that I feel requires improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product for tracking sales pipelines, managing opportunities and leads, and leveraging reports and CRM analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is just a must for any growing business. Tons of customization, seamless integrations, an amazing network of help and content. It’s a must have in the tech stacks
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain things with storage tracking and API call tracking. Some issues also just with renewals and forced uplifts that make internal stakeholders frustrated. The product has niche issues that are frustrating but it’s still beyond any other product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central source of truth and hub for all sales workflows to pass through. Reps always get confused with it.
