What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep in touch with our customers at a personal level

It can be challenging to make changes when features are added or upgraded.

It's made it super easy to qualify leads and follow up with new ones that are interested in our services

Storage and security of information. Easy access and AI application. Easy to implement and use.

Unknown risks and privacy protocols being tested thoroughly

Sales Cloud makes it incredibly easy to build custom applications with clicks not code

Not really much to note here. It's been a great tool for me and the ease of implementing is stellar

It's helping my clients manage sales pipelines accurately and effectively. Also helps get rid of the cumbersome manual processes

It just works. If you do sales you need a system. This is it

User adoption is one of the struggles we have as we are always adding and adopting. So keeping users well informed has always been a struggle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of all things that I am doing in my organization
Easy-to-use software and easy to create dashboards for each specific case
What do you like best about the product?
Easy creation of dashboards and work queues as well as easy understanding and use of email.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you reply to an email you have to attach all the attachments again and it is not automatically left in the emails.

I've implemented Salesforce at three companies in the past 20 years. It can be done very quickly in a vanilla fashion, but is also extremely scalable and flexible to integrate with other enterprise apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more costly than competitors, but is worth the extra expense in most cases.

Ability to buy "users" in bulk and assign them to staff later

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce is the integrations that we have put in place to help the sales and marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity of report building at times. I am still new to building reports it is not that user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to analyze our materials created for prospects and see how they are engaging. We are also able to view the health of our leads.
Simple and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can communicate with clients and co-workers, record comments, and generate reports easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when emails arrive on closed cases. I believe that in this case, the system would have to create a new case automatically.

The platform could be a little more intuitive regarding the types of open cases.

Amazing U.I., once you learn how to navigate it you'll use it daily to track emails, meetings and campaigns your company runs threwout the year.

The learning curve, especially when your new to using a CRM.

The ability to create contracts and emailng it to the client from Salesforce.
