The platform for growth
What do you like best about the product?
I've used the Salesforce Sales Cloud for 18 years at four different companies, and it is absolutely amazing at enabling a company to grow their business by engaging with their customers in a deep meaningful way. With the new Generative AI features that I've tested hands-on the next 18 years are going to be amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many new capabilities released three times a year it is difficult to keep up with them all! I know that Salesforce owns Slack, but my companies have been Microsoft Teams users - I wish that Salesforce played nice with Microsoft because there is a lack of good out of the box integration capabilities for MS Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce ecosystem (partners and ISVs) have so many apps available to extend the Salesforce platform that we have enabled significant productivity gains.
Can customize to fit my needs
What do you like best about the product?
Standard features are great, but I especially love l hope easy it is to customize it to fit my needs. The ability to extend the features of the platform with customization and integration of third party tools is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, nothing. I have been able to get this tool to support all my needs.

Visibility of account activity; sharing sales data with delivery team

Easy to use for pipeline management. Great platform.

Nothing - it meets all of my needs. Great CRM

Managing accounts, contacts, opportunities and staying on top of pipeline.
Sales cloud just works
What do you like best about the product?
Make sure you use a dev and don't try to make it work yourself. However very powerful and you get out high multiples of what you put in.
What do you dislike about the product?
High barrier to entry regarding getting system functional the way you need it. Expensive dev costs however you get much more functionality than a pre built industry CRM.

Easier to navigate and schedule repetitive region visits

It's sometimes really slow when working in large areas

The only CRM platform you should use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and scalability of the product. There is almost anything it can do to achieve a business's needs

It can be faster. Lightning version although more feature reach, still lags in comparison to classic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a 360 view of the customer on all aspects

Focus on security is key especially with AI functionality. Appreciate attempts to isolate customer training from rest of baseline I'll.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Perhaps the agreement with MSFT and Amazon for what is private and remains private with LLM's that have been trained by customer would be good

Worki Ng with federal customers on FedRAMP. Security is key.
Force multiplier across the enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesforce every day. It allows me to stay organized and keep track of many accounts, as well as the overall health of our business relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring reports can be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize client accounts, what stages they're in, and helps predict where we are going with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a very easy to use CRM. You can build custom components which is very easy to implement, on top of what is provided out of the box. Their customer support is available 24 by 7 to help you implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very good for us to manage our lead data. so its been so far so good for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the salesforce service cloud to manage our leads & opportunities to a contract.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay organized with client interactions and help them move through the pipeline

I wish iot could integrate with third party tools that could help in info. flow seamlessly to other systems

It helps us collaborate effeciently with helpful features like chatter. The reporting in the tool is immaculate as it helps us share our numbers and forecast effeciently through each Quarter and year.
