User Experience creates easy buy in from team

What do you like best about the product?
Our team of leaders was instantly bought in with the ease of use of the dashboards. Being able to manage the teams and generate reports helps bridge the gap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any experiences with negative items in Salesforce Maps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the field team stay in the know from leadership down.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows you to view recent activity, trends within an account and also create project opportunities from the account page. I've used other CRMs before and nothing has been as seamless as Sales Cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at this time, love the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a large organizations that is industry agnostic sometimes an AE can be chasing the same account as you are and you are able to see all of the activity on that account in one place

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best product for our sales people to make their sale and to connect with customers and show them the reports , get them to see our products , sign the contracts and also submit their requests
What do you dislike about the product?
Running reports in large data sets objects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of getting reports and dashboards to our customers and it helps them to close their deals in no time

Some downsides are that you need well defined processes and kpis to be able to get the most out of Salesforce Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is user friendly and provides efficient CRM results and usage. It provides a tool that we can utilize daily to provide the best results for our teams. And the customer support is always on point.

It can be a lengthy implementation but that's the case with all good CRMs
