What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines the day-to-day activities of my sales team, providing a clear path and pipeline, with revenue and quota targets. The Opportunities feature is incredibly useful as it allows me to manage opportunity products and pricing across different markets. This feature integrates seamlessly with lead conversion and is critical for organizing and managing sales targets effectively. I appreciate that the entire system keeps all sales-related information together, simplifying reporting and management for the team. It's because of these features that I'd consider repurchasing the product. Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud is fantastic for managing our sales process end-to-end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be quite challenging due to the significant learning curve, especially since it was my first experience with a cloud-based system. Additionally, I dislike the current page layout as it requires a lot of scrolling up and down, which hampers efficiency when trying to see more fields at a glance.

I use Sales Cloud to streamline my sales team's activities, providing clear pipelines, revenue targets, and a space for lead conversion, which helps maintain clear direction and collaboration.
