A powerful tool for sales

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is flexible enough to support most b2b sales processes effectively, whether it is a straightforward process or something that is far more complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has grown quite a lot recently and it can be confusing knowing which tools to use specifically for a given purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a sales role, and it helps me keep track of my deals, and provides me insights through Einstein for follow up.

What I enjoy most about Sales Cloud is the immense flexibility and opportunities to customize to process and reporting to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new features require an upgraded edition of Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is helping with our new business outreach, pipeline and revenue insight across the business.

License it too expensive and we have to buy one for each service tech.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed to get up and running with pre-built and custom objects, security, and user setup. Scalability. Resilience. Sandboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
OOTB reporting has always been a challenge. Additional tools like Einstein Analytics and Tableau are needed.

High Velocity Sales has been tremendous for our BDR team
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like building reports in Sales Cloud. I much prefer using CRMA.
