Great tool for RevOps
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Currently we use Sales Cloud Unlimited to drive sales. We combine predictive technology with well organized opportunity information to crush goals. With Sales Cloud we can link to other Clouds like Service, Experience and Revenue. We can also connect to CPQ. Every release is exciting- I love finding out what new features we will get to add to our stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I feel like there's a lot to learn but that's because it's robust, which is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us understand how we can get to our goals faster. If the problem is we need to crush our goal this year, Sales Cloud is the solution.

Easy to spin up instances so users can dive in straight to creating deals and creating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards could be quite challenging to create for a few scenarios and would love for them to evolve

Automating manually maintained pipelines out of excel back to online and mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is an all-in-one CRM solution that's ready to go on day one. One of the most stable, well-supported platforms in the world with out of box solutions designed to be business agnostic.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay for upgrades for things that seem like they should be included. The documentation can lead you to believe certain features are available only to find out they cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages my full sales cycle and helps me to understand where business is coming from and how to grow it.

What do you like best about the product?
Our entire tech stack runs on Salesforce since it's so easy to use and configure however your want to. Our reps can easily do everything within Salesforce without leaving thanks to all of our other partners' integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a large complicated org and sometimes the process and field limits are something we need to solve around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our reps organized and gives them the tools they need to do their jobs all while providing the data we need for reporting.

Nothing. I love sales cloud I feel that it moves business forward better than all other systems

Dashboards! This helps is track opportunity stages and which member of the sales team has the most won or lost opportunities

Reports are tricky to master but it's a work in progress for me

Tracking opportunities outside of excel and quantifying won vs lost opportunities

Sales cloud allows me to automate administrative tasks allowing my sales teams to focus on revenue generating activities.

Downside is the cost of data storage limits our ability to automate everything we would like
