What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep everyone organized and transparent.

The are features that you can upgrade to however, some of the obvious ones are an upcharge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to have a 360 degree view of the CRM and the business. We also use it for automation and email marketing.

It serves as a one stop shop for my relationship with the customer.
Salesforce is just a great CRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great tool for my company and our clients to easily track and maintain customer data and sales leads. Because it natively integrates into other systems like Marketing Cloud, it makes it a great source for targeted campaigns and follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex to setup, depending on specific needs. But I still think it's super flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity tracking and lead qualification queuing.

What do you like best about the product?
What's helpful about Salesforce Sales Cloud is it's centralized platform for managing all of our leads, opportunities and customer interactions, providing real-time insight to our sales teams. It has really helped enhance our efficiency and boost sales while also facilitating better customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I find hard is training new employees on the platform. There is a steep learning curve to be fully effective in utilizing Sales Cloud. Only other thing I could say would be cost to that of a small business. It can add up really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud solves so many of our problems but I'd just reiterate it's centralized platform. It's really helps us in tracking and managing leads and opportunities, while being able to automate our sales workflows. It has really helped increase our sales and definitely improves collaboration, allowing us to be more organized and effective.

Additionally, it helps sales teams track and manage leads efficiently, ensuring that opportunities are not missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is feature-rich and highly customizable, but this can make it complex for new users. The learning curve may be steep, especially for organizations with less experienced users or limited training resources. Salesforce can be relatively expensive, particularly for smaller businesses or those with a limited budget. The costs associated with licenses, additional features, and customization can add up.

Maintaining a centralized database of customer contacts and accounts and keeping track of customer interactions and communications. Besides monitoring and managing sales opportunities and deals.

Salesforce sales cloud keeps all our interactions with customers in one place. It also provides awesome and reports and dashboards to monitor our success
They are a leader for reason. Salesforce never stops innovating and improving.

The features, the freedom and the power to control, manipulate and present data. Automating business processes is easy for even the most complex processes.

Some limitations around the different components on Experience Cloud and Flows.

Automating business processes, Controlling the manipulation of data and allowing the change makers to do their work .
Sales Cloud best solution for Pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
Able to manage pipeline.. easy dashboards and manage overall account management

Lightning pages might be sometimes slower

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a CRM tool that is designed for users and management, based on experience and science. It is really flexible, and can be adjusted with customizations or integrations to provide a seamless user experience. BD/Sales and ancillary teams can use it for managing their book of business, and management can use it to make data-driven decisions.
I did my doctoral research on CRM user adoption, and am very familiar with multiple systems, and Salesforce is the most fit for purpose for the most businesses, regardless of size.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can be used out of the box, but upon implementation, it's best to think through your current state sales process and if it requires updates to make the most sense now that you've implemented the technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps a team of one or many to track sales interactions, and track patterns to help design a sales opportunity environment that is most beneficial, most quickly, for your business.
The outlook plug is great. I wish we had salesforce inbox but I find work arounds to get this done.

Tracking activity and past interations as well as projects done previously. I think we will continue to make better use of campains and tracking opened emails etc as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a lot of downside to using sales cloud.

Overall account and contact management to better serve our customers.
