Great RevOps Hub, but Needs More Flexibility with Opportunity Products
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is how it acts as center point for all of the RevOps functions.

I wish there was more flexibility when it comes to using Opportunity Products more seamlessly when building validation rules in related objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all customer interactions and details stored in a centralised location makes it much easier to manage and access important information. This approach streamlines communication and ensures that nothing gets overlooked.

Flexibility and Perfect Integration with Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, which allows for customization that meets customer requirements. Its integration capability with the back-office ensures a continuous end-to-end chain, which is a major asset. The quick and actionable reporting functionality is also highly appreciated. The integration with Mulesoft to connect the entire customer ecosystem and the management of opportunities are aspects that I find extremely useful. The new features, especially agent-based ones, encourage continued use of Salesforce.

The forecast section could be improved to better meet the needs of the clients.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for its easy integration with the back office, ensuring a continuous chain. The quick reporting is another asset, facilitating client decisions.

Pipeline Inspection has proven to be an excellent feature for our field sales team. The addition of Cadences and Einstein activities has truly transformed the way our BDRs work.

Because Sales Cloud offers such a high level of customization, it can sometimes take the Sales Team a while to fully adopt new or updated processes.

The platform has helped boost sales productivity and efficiency by automating key processes. It also enables better data-driven decision-making thanks to its AI-powered insights and analytics. Additionally, it strengthens customer relationships by offering a unified view of all customer interactions.

I like that I can utilise it in any industry and so many use cases

It should be a bit more easy to adopt, right now a lot of training is needed before using it
