Love the automation capabilities of Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The data model is very well thought of with unending enhancements like forecasting, pipeline inspection, CPQ and now Einstein. I love how many automatons can be handled with Flows. Also the way Reports have been enhanced has got Salesforce to another level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Release Updates are not always smooth with so many things changing that gives less time for the RevOps team to implement them. Also sometimes basic features like mapping standard Leas fields are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the reps to follow the business process and gets the executives data for analysis on pipeline and churn and what's needed to retain customers.

Combing all of our data and metrics with opportunities and accounts for a good holistic view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I don't have anything that I dislike about Salea Cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the upcoming AI initiatives I think we'll be able to control and maintain lead generation better

It needs to incorporate more tools to Improve users adoption

Generate a 360 view from customers allowing to find información very quickly
Sales cloud has been central to our nonprofits social enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables us to screen and sign up community members for the services we and our partners offer to help them both "go green" and save money on their energy bills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is so easy to customize that sometimes design decisions are made that don't necessarily align with best practices and may impede or slow future growth and development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have 1 place to go to see a customer's history with us. It allows us to report our results to our funders and use the information for program improvement.

Opportunity scoring is really useful

Easy to build user functionality with lightning web components. New users navigate through the system without much guidance due to ease-of-use and good performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large data sets can take too much time to load in a list-view, leading to user frustration. Better list view filtering would be greatly appreciated as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using salesforce to drive data management and analytics related to sales and distribution teams. Having multiple teams on one platform provides data integrity.

Sales Cloud's host of solutions creates a centralized environment enabling productivity allowing me to focus on what I do best -sell.

Taking the time to understand the various features. Perhaps brief recorded feature demos company sponsored or links made available OBO the company for easy access

Account history -owner, activity, opps, stage, deal value. Provides background, assists in an educated customer conversation

The Cloud makes everything very accessible and user friendly for end users.

Looking forward to future copilot and other AI optimizations and options!

Making connections between the sales efforts and the sales outcomes. It's great to see the performance of different initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
In Sales Cloud, our users can see their most important opportunities and activities easily. This allows them to close more deals. Our last opportunity system had no way to highlight important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to knowing Sales Cloud who is next to approve if you use queues. You can't view the membership of a queue in a report. Id like to see a nice approvals in process report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has simplified the collaboration between Sales and the Bussiness Units to close deals, making everyone more productive. Opportunities are being advanced more quickly to closure.
