The visibility and ease of access to all of our internal data

For me personally, most of my issues arise from the high level of customisation that our company uses within Salesforce - not really anything specific I dislike myself within standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues of data sharing between our Sales, Customer Care, Marketing and Supply Chain teams. It's of a great benefit that we have the ability to share all of our information so that each department has visibility.

While Salesforce Sales Cloud offers extensive features, its complexity and the steep learning curve can be challenging for new users, requiring significant time and resources for training and full adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves our need for a centralized platform to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and forecast opportunities. The benefits are manifold: improved sales efficiency through automation, enhanced visibility into sales performance with detailed analytics, and the ability to deliver personalized customer experiences. These improvements have led to shorter sales cycles, increased win rates, and a more collaborative sales process.
Awesome out of box features with lightning app builder
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup pages with lightning app builder. Best thing is we can utilise custom components, reports and flow in the page. This makes app builder very powerful and exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are still in salesforce classic this leads to switching context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provided solution for lead generation and email sending. Lightning app builder helped us to provide a one page view of leads and activities.

AI supported email, pipeline view and lots of other cool features. The upcoming einstien 1 looks great too
