So much customization, the things I’ve seen being built and automated in SC are incredible

Sometimes the UI feels a bit outdated compared to other products in the space.

Reporting, tracking deals, and pipeline activity, down to the individual rep.

What do you like best about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud has many strengths, its greatest overall benefit is its ability to provide a centralized, 360-degree view of the customer and the entire sales pipeline, combined with immense customization and a powerful ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any major issues with Salesforce service cloud

I appreciate how the solution can be tailored to match specific business use cases. Additionally, I value that the tool supports both B2B and B2C account management, making it versatile for different types of organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using personal accounts, which merge account and contact information into a single record for B2C purposes, it can sometimes lead to confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud provides robust activity management, outbound call logging, and performance management reporting features for the organization. Additionally, we can lay on a multitude of business processes, including approvals.

I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a complete view of the sales pipeline, automates routine tasks, and helps manage leads efficiently. Its real-time insights and customizable dashboards make tracking performance easier and help teams close deals faster.

Salesforce Sales Cloud can be overwhelming at first due to its many features and complex setup. Customization and integration sometimes require technical expertise, which can slow down implementation.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves problems like disorganized lead management, limited visibility into sales activities, and manual tracking. It centralizes customer data, automates workflows, and provides real-time insights, helping me prioritize leads, forecast accurately, and close deals faster—all while improving team collaboration and productivity.

I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud gives us a holistic view of our customers and clients, which simplifies tracking their information. It also enhances customer engagement and streamlines processes, significantly increasing our ROI. The reporting and dashboards effectively guide our sales reps through their sales cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud a bit challenging initially and needed to use a consultant to make it work effectively. There's also a limitation with the reporting feature, especially when dealing with multi-select pick lists. It requires cutting and pasting information, which could be more streamlined.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance customer engagement and streamline sales processes, giving me a holistic view of clients and boosting ROI.

We appreciate how the platform allows us to manage our leads and opportunities in a streamlined flow. Another aspect we value is its high level of customization, which lets us tailor it to our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are not the strongest, and we often have difficulty analyzing our data within the native app. However, Tableau helps us obtain those insights much more quickly.

The platform allows teams to enter their opportunities in a single place and manage rules, which helps ensure compliance with our sales process. Another significant benefit is the visibility it provides to other teams, enabling them to better plan for the pipeline.
