It's giving our team insight into marketing activity on their accounts

Keeping track of sales users' productivity and keeping our sales users in contact with customers and leads.
Centralized data from multiple places
What do you like best about the product?
The updates and ability to access multi platform data. We have multiple instances, and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. We are a nonprofit and cost is a big factor. We have diffferent use cases across the org from fundraising, cloud lending, project management, nonprofit tax credit which is more applications intensive based with no customer info needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More integration for activity and it's seamless. Calls, emails and chat bots are synced into activities to check

What do you like best about the product?
Teams on accounts and opportunities so teams can collaborate together. We also really leverage activity management to confirm we're reaching out to the right people at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards and reporting still has a lot of limitations, we want to be able to report on accounts with and without activities with a specific requirement, but we have to create two reports. The limitation for dashboard filters and baselines/goals on dashboards has already been difficult to solution/explain to executives when the functionality exists on the report itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just established standard work and expeditions for our reps and the activities they need to be able to complete to get promoted. Sales cloud dashboards have helped managers coach to those metrics and our admin team see where tasks may not be complete, or where requirements may be too strict.

Sales cloud gave an insight and visibilty to see how our business is growing and to build revenue.

There is nothing I do not like about but I feel it is expensive.

It has helped our company automate the sales processes and generate better revenue. Also makes it easy to use which is really good. The competition is high and hence choosing right product is importany

The Salesforce sales cloud shouls be able to better interact with Data Cloud so that AI move can be easy for customers. There is a room for improvement in the UI.

The Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped achieve a nice level of automation for our company. We have been more productive. Yes it has increased very much to a good extent

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud can bé used to track opportunities and so much more. It's the single source of truth for sales and allows them to focus on selling.

As time has gone on, so much functionality can be added that Sales get lost with the number of tools and options available.

Sales Cloud allows us to centralize information needed to support sales with their role. It has increased selling time and accuracy of opportunity management.

Salesforce is a powerful platform with a wide range of features and customization options, but this can also be overwhelming for new users. This complexity results in a long learning curve.
