What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy to know who to engage with and when, enhancing my understanding of clients and opportunities. The intuitive setup requires no coding, which is excellent for creating reports and managing tasks, even on my mobile device. Its automations, reporting, and mobile functionalities are particularly useful, allowing me to stay productive on the go. The platform's widespread use facilitates easier adoption among team members.

I would like more AI features included as part of the package to make it easier to get started without the complexity of pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to track all constituents and donors, process donations effectively, and manage events seamlessly, including tracking event registrants. I value its customizable, nonprofit-specific data structure and major functionalities, along with its robust support from the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud to be quite challenging, particularly in configuring custom functionality that aligns with our organization's specific operations and execution needs. This aspect of the setup process was difficult, making initial implementation a bit of a hurdle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product allows us to efficiently track all constituents, donors, process donations, manage events, and execute programs.
