What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is extremely customizable and able to be adapted to any business needs. It empowers our sales people in a great way. I have not used other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
When converting a lead to an account, it would be nice to have a way to transfer related list records from the leads to the account. Currently the only way to do this is through custom code or flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows for a robust lead pipeline that increases communication between our reps and end customers. Using sales cloud we are easily able to report on revenue and track B2B sales over time, which is extremely important for us to maintain relationships with our vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. The console makes it easy to navigate. Forecasting is made easy. You can divide out your teams into territories and then report on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes frustrating to implement, need to really know your process to get it right or use it out of the box and bend your process to the way it was designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing what is in the pipeline and what we have brought in. Shows percentage of possibly closing so teams know where to focus their attention and go afterwards.

When the space is not to much for do a deployment

Brings all the required tools and data together in one place which has created efficiency and more thoughtful insight.

Email management is a little clunky and not as intuitive as we would like.

Integration with the entire ecosystem, customization according to the customer's needs, speed and agility of use. Use of data combined with the real time platform which in the end makes the business win!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gain today is the integration with the other systems. Point to improve is in relation to the instability that every time falls and stays out and harms the business

Data integration in one place. The main benefit is the agility of everyday life

What do you like best about the product?
We have just configured and it was amazingly easy to do so. Pretty flexible and allows you to integrate welll. We are to go live next week and we are excited about this being a blockbuster
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost vs value...needs to justify. I guess some times for smaller businesses it takes time to set up the value farme work. Maybe we will need a lighter more affordable version

Bringing in more efficienies in our sales operations. We ahbe around 2000 sales teams who use the solutions to make an impact in the marketplace. We are waiting for a successful launch
