What do you like best about the product?
I would say the most helpful part of sales cloud for my end users is the ability to track all of their leads, opportunities and applications in one system. They do not need to worry about toggling between multiple groups to get the information they need. With the use of Einstein this will be so much easier for them and me as an admin
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations tend to be difficult. Trying to help our Valence system understand Salesforce language and our ERP language is a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing end users to identify what their top leads are to connect with and make those a focus. It also allows emails to be sent automatically to other leads to continue keeping them engaged without having to manually call everyone. This isn't benefiting me but it does help my company bring in revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity path, the 360 view a sale agent get from a customer
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much but I would say the fact that picklist values in status field on opportunity can't be deployed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps sale agent to work better and differently.
It is a benefit whereby I don't need to maintain excel files.

What do you like best about the product?
The arrangements of tabs was confusing at first, but I've grown to really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to see where you left off with all the tabs.

I've just started a new position and I'm still learning how the company is using it.

It is easy to use, less complicated. Can be used with little or no customization

No downsize with the standard implementation.

Salesforce provides easy to build, low code CRM solutions with option to customise based on standard standards lightning platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools for developers and admins are out of date and can be improved.
