Lightning UI is slow and over-engineered. It is hard to support users on both it and Classic.

Working on salesforce has let me ship features to my customers really fast without the need to think about infrastructure or hardware scaling.

Dont like that we dont have dark mode yet.

The ability to integrate data from internal systems and CRM to provide customer and product insights as a one stop shop. This strength is enabled by leveraging other products from SF ecosystem like Data Cloud and Einstein AI.

Sales reps can easily serve their customers with ease with Lightning experience and Einstein. Sales managers can easily forecast their teams outputs.

Ui processes can cause more clicks in LE [with its mobile first ui] compared to seasoned classic users.

Sales cloud is helping DoorDash onboard merchants and improve our revenue as a result

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize almost everything to meet an individual businesses needs. There's a lot of out of the box functionality, the ability to go deeper and make it work for your individual organization is game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little things like not being able to drag and drop columns in a list view the way you could in classic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is allowing you to get insights into how leads are worked, passwords give you valuable insight into team, and allow you to prepare for the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing CRM tool to track leads, clients, opportunities. The reports and dashboards help the sales teams stay on track with their KPIs.

Integration with social media accounts is not included with the license.
