What do you like best about the product?
Great for pipeline, leads and opportunities. Also, great with respect to territory managemaent

What do you like best about the product?
It is very powerful tool that streamline your process and automate a lot of your usual manual processes
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of it I need to purchase more products to integrate with and storage cost

Storing contacts and accounts and handling the pipeline of sales using opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is easy to use and navigate in genreal. Implementation is fairly easy and the features have worked well. Daily use is seamless and integration has been ok. We haven't needed customer support recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues using Sales Cloud at the moment. We are still new to using Sales Cloud in our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes finding contacts and linking opportunities much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed at which you can deploy a solution. Easy to integrate data in the application from different clouds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough info on governor limit errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all my data in one place and manage Sales or fundraising cycles directly in a system
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, it's a bit expensive and the implementation cost can be a barrier for SMB and nonprofit orgs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our business and fundraising efforts. Overall performance management of our sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The extensibility and scalability to support a variety of sales processes with automation across many lines of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the cost and the need for more dynamic product catalog configurations

We moved from using spreadsheets to track our pipeline to Salesforce so we had numerous benefits leveraging a CRM solution like reporting, unified pipeline, audit trail, etc

What do you like best about the product?
When I started using Salesforce Sales Cloud I was overwhelmed and not sure where to start. After doing some lessons online and talking to representatives it's been very helpful in my work and tracking for return on investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot to learn but very helpful once your in it and know where things are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop place to track many different things to help me engage with partners and track outcomes.
