Unique customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to generate new opportunities and analyze the likelihood to win. In addition ability to trace the sales performance and target customer as uniquely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation in formula fields that can be defined in report and salesforce report is not easy to customize

Ability to monitor the pipeline and visibility to win. Visibility to trace the sales performance.
Intuitive Geolocation Tool with Seamless Salesforce Integration.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Maps excels in its ease of use and implementation. Its user-friendly interface makes geolocation tasks straightforward, and its tight-knit integration with the Salesforce environment is a definite plus. The variety of features provided addresses most of the needs of a sales team, from planning routes to territory management. Additionally, the customer support is commendable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Maps offers a wealth of features, there might be a slight learning curve for those unfamiliar with geolocation tools. Some of our users felt overwhelmed and least bothered with the number of options available. With some refinement, I believe our reps will be more confident and eager to use on daily bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Maps effectively addresses the challenge of visualizing and understanding customer data on geospatial level. It assists our team in territory management, route optimization, and prioritizing customer visits based on data insights. This has been beneficial as it saves time, reduces costs associated with travel, and improves sales team efficiency. The tool also aids in strategizing marketing campaigns by identifying potential hotspots and areas of opportunity based on geographical data.

CRM and Managment of Sales activity

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the out of the box features can also be customized to fit our business model. We have a very complex business model and being able to customize the features and automations for our users is a helpful component.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fond of the way Campaigns function for Customers. We tend to run our campaigns as "customer based". We were able to create work arounds but our users seem to have a hard time grasping what they need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track the bottom lines of our Opportunities and cross-reference with our invoicing systems and provide that data to non-Salesforce users through a Power Bi display.

Licensing is needed for users to see CPQ subscriptions/contracts

The costing of sales cloud licenses is bit high for more users.

Getting the exact data of sales and pining the pain areas that needs to be looked upon so that it can be modified to get best results
Very complete solution
What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Cloud really empowers our Sales Team and our Marketing efforts, and we are always training our teams into the new features on Trailblazing, which is completely free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricy, but it's totally worth it. Our team would have to expend more money on other marketing efforts anyways, if we didn't have this tool. We would love to have more good deals!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great reporting and the ability to manage all our different sales teams pipelines in one place. Mostly, our Sales Managers and Directors love be suscribed to Dashboards and Reports.

It makes my life easier to have all my information on accounts, opportunities, pipeline and KPI's in one place.

Can be hard to make changes to reporting without an admin

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a way to track and analyze my sales. Without it, I would need to do it in excel.

Out of the box features, which enables easy implementation for lot of customers.

Deployment of Country codes and state codes. Several configurations dont have the option to deploy using metadata api
