Super satisfied long-time Salesforce user - will be a forever client
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with integrated Marketing functionality, for several years (since 2016). I was a user for several years in Sales and Customer Success, and have worked as an admin these past 2 years. I LOVE Salesforce. Anytime anyone asks which CRM is the best and has the most, Salesforce is the quickest and surest answer! The Support is outstanding 90% of the time as well. Integrations are abundant and seamless, for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flows are cumbersome, especially when just learning, but I appreciate that they allow Admins to do no-code programming. Smetimes I run into surprising limitations or restrictions, but, for the most part, anything you want to do in Salesforce is possible, with appropriate native or partner tools and expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client and Contact data and activity tracking, VOIP through CTI, KPI's/metrics/reporting, integrations for marketing, service, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
A controlled experience that thrives on correct, quality data input - this really improves our sales and marketing operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really expansive and you can do so much with it - it can be a little overwhelming, but with the help of an admin or the support teams, it all works great :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system allows us to be more accurate and work in favor of quality over quantity.

SalesForce is the best time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud is great because I can work from wherever I want and have all my nite on hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that is a burden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to have 2 computer's or 2 programs makes it easy.
Seemless integrations and tracking makes my sales a piece of cake.

Salesforce integerates with most of the softwares and is very easy. I use Salesforce at work every day.

There is nothing that I dislike about Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flow of Salesforce, very useful when it comes to customer support and following up via email. The email portion is very easy to use. Website in general seems user friendly.There are a lot of features that are helpful. I use salesforce every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot of downsides to salesforce ever since they made an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of having seamless interaction with customer either via chat or email. It is benefiting me as the userflow allows me to get through conversations with no hiccups and in a timely manner.

User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It covers all aspects of the sales process. It provides tools for lead management, opportunity tracking, contact and account management. This comprehensive approach allows us to manage the entire sales pipeline within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional delays or slower response times, especially during peak usage times. Occasional performance issues affect user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a short learning curve but once you learn how to use it, it is the best overall for an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve. It can take 4+ hours to really learn. It's best to have a best practice guide for each organization.

Using SF Cloud for PRM Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to integrate our PRM partner site to SF. This allows our partners to have real-time, correct data since they view objects within SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more details and use cases for marketing functionalities. Would like to understand all marketing capabilities, that we might not be aware of.

We're learning more and more about marketing capabilities, which will ultimately support and provide key analytics to our partners.
